We cannot recommend Joshua enough! He was so kind and professional and truly adding something special to our wedding day. First of all, this man dresses to perfection - something that we really appreciated as it added to his professionalism and vibe for the day. Second of all, he was extremely detailed leading up to the wedding with multiple check in conversations and tons of questions to help give him guidance as to what we were looking for.
We had multiple people come up to us throughout the wedding to compliment how good he was and he brought so much fun to our dance floor at the end of the night. We can't recommend him enough!!

Hiring Joshua was one of the best decisions we made! We definitely could've gotten any DJ for cheaper but, as they say, you get what you pay for. Right from the beginning, Joshua took the time to understand us and what we were looking for. We had great communication with him throughout the process, which made it feel seamless. There was no last minute rush or pressure. Joshua was also extremely professional, arriving WAY ahead of schedule to scope the venue and have ample time for set up. We had an Indian fusion wedding and had a wide age range of guests that are special to us; even the bride & groom have a 10-year age gap and groove to different music. It was a tough crowd to say the least. Joshua's magic made it happen! We had so many friends who said goodbye to us but couldn't leave for another 5-10 songs cause the music was too good to stop dancing! We cannot thank him enough! Hire him already!

Josh was an amazing DJ. He really wanted to get the essence of us as a couple and who our guests were going to be. I can’t say enough positive things about Joshua and his assistant Danny. I may be biased since it was my wedding, but I’ve been to a LOT of weddings and they were the best DJs I’ve encountered by far. They interacted with our guests the perfect amount, kept the dance party going until the very end, and were excellent emcees, making everything seamless. They actually mixed the songs together and didn’t just hit play on a playlist, which we loved. We rated our guests a 7/10 on the dance floor before the wedding, but after Joshua and Danny worked their magic, we are upping that to a 10/10. Our wedding was so much fun and Joshua and Danny were a big part of that!

As both a bride and a seasoned luxury event planner, I went into my own wedding knowing exactly how high the bar needed to be. When you live in this industry, you don’t get the luxury of hiring “good enough” — you hire the best. Joshua didn’t just meet the bar, he raised it.

From the very beginning, his professionalism and process stood out. Before the wedding, Joshua scheduled a thoughtful consultation call with us to truly understand our vision, our vibe, and the kind of experience we wanted our guests to have. He didn’t skim the surface — he asked intentional questions about music preferences, cultural moments, emotional beats, and flow. He also collaborated seamlessly with our event coordinator, which made the entire production feel cohesive and elevated. On top of that, he uses an innovative app that allowed us to upload and organize our music selections in a way I’ve honestly never seen in the industry. Most DJs still rely on basic spreadsheets — this felt modern, streamlined, and reflective of someone who genuinely cares about client experience.

The day of the wedding, Joshua’s impact was felt immediately. The transition from ceremony to reception was flawless. The moment our officiant exited, Joshua confidently stepped in with the microphone, warmly welcoming guests and setting the tone for the night ahead. He gave clear, polished directions for cocktail hour, built excitement for the evening, and made everyone feel like they were part of something special. It didn’t feel like announcements — it felt like hosting.

And that’s really the difference: Joshua is not just a DJ, he is an elite emcee and host. He made the entire night feel like a high-end gala. Guests repeatedly told us how VIP the experience felt and how incredible our emcee was. I couldn’t agree more.

One of the most meaningful and impactful details was his execution of walk-up music for each person giving a toast. This elevated every speaker and made each moment feel intentional and celebrated. For my mom’s walk-up, Joshua played “I Can’t Get No Satisfaction” by The Rolling Stones — my late father’s favorite song. That moment was deeply emotional and personal, and Joshua handled it with such care and thoughtfulness. He didn’t just press play — he honored the moment.

Visually and professionally, he also showed up fully aligned with our design. Our dress code was Shades of Love, and Joshua came dressed to the nines in a stunning merlot-colored suit that complemented our aesthetic beautifully. His DJ team matched the same level of polish, and the overall presence added to the elevated atmosphere of the night.

And when it came time for the reception? The dance floor was alive. We specifically requested 2000s R&B all night, and Joshua delivered perfectly. The energy never dipped. The transitions were smooth, the pacing was spot-on, and the floor stayed moving. He seamlessly balanced being on the mic as a host while also getting on the mixer himself and reading the room like a true professional.

From a bride’s perspective, from a planner’s perspective, from a design-forward perspective, and from an industry expert’s perspective — Joshua is exceptional.

My (now) wife and I were introduced to Joshua via a mutual connection. Our biggest wish going into our wedding was to have a great time dancing with all of our family and friends - however one of our biggest concerns was my partner and I's music taste, and how most of our daily songs aren't 'dancing' music. From the moment we met Joshua via our intro call, we felt confident that he was going to be the DJ for us - he was prepared and professional, he had access to all the right equipment, and had the ability to adapt on the fly to whatever came his way (even with last minute MC additions my wife and I made 24 hours before our wedding). Beyond the planning sessions, where Joshua helped build up our confidence in our music selections while also including his professional recommendations - on the day of the wedding he showed up early to setup his equipment, and to confirm any last minute changes that we had made. After the ceremony and speeches, he got the dance floor absolutely popping off! (I wish I could share some photos here).
