The service that I received at David's Bridal in Slidell was very terrible. They refused to accomodate me. I literally started crying in the store before they decided to get into action. The workers are not trained well enough to know how to use a tape measure. Thus, my wedding dress came back too big and because I special ordered it they did not want to order one in the correct size. My aunt actually got on her cell phone and called around to find me another dress. I hated the service I received here and they were more concerned about adding pricey undergarments on to my order than finding me the correct size. I will never shop here again and recommended to everyone I know to steer clear!

I would recommend the David's Bridal in Slidell, LA, to anyone. Brandi was my assistant, and she was such a dear. She was promoted shortly before I was married, which was no surprise. All lovely people at that location. (NOTE: I strongly advise against the Kenner, LA, location.) I would have to take a few points off for value because, though I absolutely loved my dress, it went on sale a couple months after I bought it (from $550 to $399), and that was dissapointing. Outstanding alterations department, too.

I would NEVER recommend this David's Bridal store to ANYONE. I understand that David's Bridal as a whole is a difficult company to do business with, but the store in Slidell, La. went above and beyond all bad experiences. The entire staff is rude, pushy, highly judgmental and unhelpful. The cost of the dress was a good price, however I paid only $20 less for alterations as I did for the dress itself. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR!!!!

The dress was beautiful and the people were great. The only thing that bothered me was when i went to pick up my dress it was in a plastic bag and the alterations were extra. I would think that the amount of money that you spend on a wedding dress that it would at least come with a nice garment bag.

In the end, I got what I wanted and what I paid for. Prices are great. They had alot of errors on the part of the staff, they had me entered as 2 different wedding dates and half of my bridesmaids were forgotten. Shoes were not ready on the date given and my contact person was different every time I went in. When calling, no one seemed to know what was going on.

I was so happy with DB! Sierra was my consultant and I wouldn't have had it any other way! We decided to get married in January....so I only had 5 months to really plan. Sierra had to squeeze me in between other appointments most of the time, but she never treated me like I was a hassle! Even when my junior bride's dress came in the wrong size 3 days before the wedding, she never complained abotu me; she just wanted to help!!! I can't say thank you enough to her!

entire staff was extremely courteous and helpful, and when i needed an emergency alteration at the last minute (last month jitters and anxiety made me drop a few pounds from not eating), they squeezed me in right away!! dresses were beautiful and within my (and my bridesmaid's) budgets.

I was very pleased with my service and the time that my consultant gave me each time I came in. I was most excited about the cost of my dress. It was the cheapest item I had to buy for my wedding. Imagine that!!!! It was gorgeous!!!!
