Our wedding cake was through Cake Affairs. It looked and tasted AMAZING! I would highly recommend. I have a very sweet tooth, and at most weddings I have been to, I have been disappointed by a beautiful looking, but dry tasting cake.

Cake Affairs definitely matches the beauty with the taste! It was GREAT!

We ordered both the bride's cake and groom's cake. They tasted great and were what we ordered. The only disappointment was with the topper. We had an acrylic heart which I brought to the shop and showed them. They said to leave it on the table where the cake would be and they would place it at delivery. By the time we got to the reception, the heart had fallen over and had buttercream icing smeared all over it. They had not provided any icing to support it. We took it off and washed it, respread the icing on the top and had to prop it up with fruit off the fruit tray so we could take photos.

I really really loved our wedding cakes. I only got to taste a little at the wedding since we were so busy but I ate a ton after we got home that night. We chose the strawberry filling for my (the bride's cake) and chocolate ganache for the grooms. Both were delicious. My husband wanted an exact replica of Eddie Van halen's guitar and he got it. They did such a great job. My cake was exactly what I wanted(well then the coordinator ruined it, but not culinary creations fault)!! I would fully recommend them, they and Jessica did a great job. Although the cakes were delicious and spectacular, the service was so poor that I would not recommend using this cake vendor! The woman taking our order seemed stressed and rude. The ordering experience was so terrible that I was considering not using this vendor even though my reception package included the cost of the cake.

Our cakes were beautiful and tasted great. We ran out of both of them at the reception. We didn't get to taste all of the flavors that we wanted at our tasting, and that was disappointing, but other than that things were great and I would recommend them.

Our wedding cake and the grooms cake tasted GREAT! My husband's grooms cake was a replica of his firefighting helmet and it was absolutely AMAZING - it looked exactly like it! Everyone at the wedding was amazed. My cake on the other hand was gorgeous, but not exactly what I had in mind. The picture I gave the consultant was not what I got...but it was a beautiful cake similar to what I had in mind and everyone really seemed to enjoy it.

Choosing our cake was a blast...of course trying all the flavors was awesome, but working with Jessika was a lot of fun too! She was very relatable and gave great advice. They will tell you the truth about what you are wanting and have you think about every scenario. Our cake came out beautifully. It was exactly what I imagined. My husband and I only had a teaser, but the entire thing was eaten...because quite a few of our guests went back for seconds! We received more compliments on the cake than anything else. It was delish!

My cake turned out beautifully, and from what I remember, it tasted good. It was included in the reception hall package that we had chosen. It turned out looking identical to the magazine cut-out that I handed them. I dealt with Jessica. She was knowledgeable about the cakes, and I appreciated her advice, but the owner seemed a little more laid back and not so in-your-face. They changed locations right before I got married, and their bakery was very hard to find, but I assume that they should have a sign up in front by now. In conclusion, I was happy with the way my cake turned out! I went else where to find the grooms cake because they were a bit pricey.

Cake Affairs did a wonderful job with our wedding and groom's cakes. Even though they were included our wedding package at the Hotel Derek, I would have used them regardless. The cakes were delicious and beautiful. They did EXACTLY what we had all agreed on and the result was magnificent! I am very pleased with them and will use them again for any other special occasion.
