Jazz Bird Bakery offers beautiful cakes and cheese platers for weddings and other events. Based in La Marque, Texas, owner and founder Erin Kate is an experienced cake designer with a passion for desserts, art, and cheese. After graduating from Colorado State University with a BFA in fiber art, she went on to study cake design at the renowned International Culinary Center in New York City. She also worked as a cheesemonger and under one of the best cake designers in the south, Melissa's Fine Pastries.
