AMAZING! Jesi was a pleasure to work with. We had fun at our cake tasting. She communicated well and worked with us back and forth until we could decide on a style and flavor. Our cake was breath taking. She finished it off with florals from our wedding and it was perfect. And the flavors… so many to choose from and so many interesting ones. We went with lemon with lavender butter cream on one level and red velvet with black sesame buttercream on the other two. Delicious, creamy and moist…. the guests couldn’t stop talking about it! Highly recommend!

Dolce Designs cake was absolutely PERFECT. Beautiful and delicious, Jesi was such a pleasure to work with. Designing our wedding cake with her and tasting the flavors was such a stress free experience and I am so happy we chose her to bake our wedding cake. The cake was perfect, not too sweet and just delicious. I can’t wait to eat it again on our one year anniversary! I know I’ll be reaching out to her again for our future cake needs.

Highly recommend Jesi and her Dolce Designs bakery! She was very professional, friendly, and helpful since day 1. Our wedding was postponed due to COVID, but Jesi made everything stress-free and worked with us in rescheduling to our new date. We did all of our planning out of state and if we had questions, Jesi was quick to respond with helpful answers.

We enjoyed the cake tasting trials and it was difficult to narrow down the flavor choices because everything we tried was delicious and heavenly! We were impressed by how talented and skilled Jesi was in creating these flavors with real fruit and no artificial flavors. We ultimately chose a vanilla buttercream, 3 tier, semi- naked with these combinations:
1. Vanilla cake with white chocolate raspberry filling
2. Almond cake with mixed berry filling
3. Lemon cake with strawberry filling

The cake was a hit at the wedding as everyone kept complimenting about how perfect the cake was days after! The cake came out beautifully and tasted delicious. Not too sweet, moist, light and flavorful. Everything arrived on time and no complaints at all. We really were impressed with Jesi throughout the whole process. We highly recommend giving Jesi your business!

We are so happy we chose Jesi with Dolce Designs for our wedding! She was so kind and very responsive. We had a three tier semi naked red velvet cake and multiple flavored cupcakes as our grooms “cake”. It looked beautiful and tasted even better! Thank you so much Jesi!

Talk about a wedding cake designer! We absolutely loved our wedding cake and our groom’s cake. Jesi was so sweet about helping us find flavors both of us would love: vanilla cake with white chocolate raspberry filling for the wedding cake and chocolate cake with dolce de leche for the groom’s cake. For the wedding cake, she came up with the perfect cake design to reflect of adventurous and traveling relationship. It featured a gold world map. Our guests couldn’t stop saying how unique it was. For the groom’s cake, she designed a mountain themed cake with a toy helicopter cake to represent our engagement. My husband loved his rustic looking cake. We had so many guests compliment the cake flavors. In fact, my brother who doesn’t like desserts loved our cakes. My husband and I feel like we had the best wedding cake ever.

I got married June 1, 2019. My now-husband and I tasted a few other cakes...but NONE compared to Jesi. One had good cake but subpar icing...another had good icing but subpar cake. I wanted good BOTH. Jesi delivered. The other bakers were cheaper, and I was trying to be budget-conscious...but once I tasted Jesi's cake, there was no other option. And it was SO WORTH the price difference! Her cake did not dry out, the icing was light and yummy, and she really helped me decide on how to best decorate the cakes...she gave really honest advice, and they turned out amazing. My groom's cake was baseball themed and she made the cutest topper for it. My cake was alternating naked and buttercream--her idea, and absolutely beautiful if you are stuck between the two designs! For flavors, we had strawberry cake/vanilla buttercream for the groom's, almond cake/chai buttercream for mine, then a sheet cake of italian cream cake with dulce de leche buttercream. All were simply delicious...I am partial to my almond/chai mixture, but I made sure to have a slice of each at my reception. I HIGHLY recommend you at least try the chai buttercream! In all, Jesi hands-down gave the best service, the best cake, the best buttercream. You will not regret getting Jesi to make your cake for whatever event you have, especially your wedding. Edit: forgot to mention, she went all out for my tasting and sent me home with lots to share with my now-husband since he couldn't make it. Then, she went out of her way for me to be able to try the italian cream cake after my "official" tasting...she always replied in a timely manner and was more than happy to help with anything.

We loved working with Dolce Designs! Jesi takes such pride in her craft and truly cares about her clients. She cares enough to advise you when certain decisions won’t have the outcome you’re hoping, and she suggests things that you never would have thought of. (Italian cream cake + dolce de leche filling, don’t question it, just try it because it’s seriously incredible.) Our cake turned out so yummy, and we were happily eating it for days after our wedding!
