Harper was great!

While she's almost strictly 9-5, she was otherwise very flexible in terms of helping me out. She dealt with my busy schedule and my last minute cancellations; she was patient with my perfectionist and neurotic tendencies; and wasn't pushy with her suggestions. She listened to what I wanted. She was also very responsive to my concerns and promptly addressed any issue I had.

Aside from the Ilios failing to get the lighting right (a situation she diligently attempted to correct), all the vendors she recommended performed wonderfully and were very attentive. I loved my tailor, photographer, baker and caterer.

The flowers were beautiful! She really worked with me to give me the effect I wanted at a price I could afford.

Her service the day of was impeccable. She ran a tight and efficient ship, managing quite a few vendors and a large band with a complicated set-up. She took care of everything (I mean everything!) and was totally available for whatever the groom and I needed.

I highly recommend working with Harper. A bride is sure to get a lot of attention and care.

These gals are DA BOMB!! I didn't even know what my wedding colors were going to be until Harper and her team helped me. We started at the beginning and came up with something awesome!
I splurged a bit and ordered their Orchid Coordinating Package and didn't regret it for a second. They helped me come up with some ways to make my ideas come to life and got be discounts with nearly every vendor I hired. They made my wedding dreams come true and I enjoyed my day and didn't sweat the small stuff!

I wasn't going to hire a planner or a florist and planned to rely on friends and family but that changed immediately when I met the gals at Bella Flora Creative. I had a vision that my friends and family were not able to help me translate, but Harper did! Her ideas complimented mine to a tee and I was thrilled with the outcome. Being able to work with a planner who also specializes in amazing floral decor was certainly a plus. I paid a bit more than I probably would have with a florist that does multiple weddings in one weekend, but with Bella Flora Creative, I knew their time was mine alone on my very special day. Harper did an amazing job with our flowers!! We ended up spending more than we had planned, but the flowers looked incredible and we got many compliments.

Harper is a true artist and has such a warm way about her that made all of our guests feel so at home. Our flowers were so stunning and innovative, and she knows exactly what to do and has a great feel for personal taste. She is incredibly reliable and detail oriented. I would strongly recommend her if you are looking for someone to decorate, manage, etc. You won't have to worry about a thing and no one will ever forget your event.

Our wedding was straight out of a dream and Bella Flora Creative had a huge part to do with that. I had a distinct vision in mind of all of the floral design and absolutely everything was exactly what I had envisioned and better. Harper was an absolute joy to work with and I know that if I ever have any floral needs in the future she will be the first person I call.

I cannot say enough great stuff about the ladies at Bella Flora Creative. I called them in a panic 6 months before my wedding with not really much done and no direction as to where to start. They gave me the time and help I needed and everything was even better than I had imagined it would be. Hiring a coordinator was not originally in my budget, but it was worth every penny and actually saved me some money in the long run as well as my sanity during the planning and my big day. I would recommend them highly.

I knew with family coming in from all over and the completely custom wedding I was envisioning was going to require some extra hands and help. I called a few coordinating companies and was not impressed with their lack of attentiveness. I called Harper with Bella Flora Creative and immediately felt like she was a friend not just someone I was hiring to help me. We discussed what I wanted and the rest was history. I sat back and really enjoyed the planning process and wasn't stressed at all. Her ideas were absolutely original and completely awesome. She was very good about answering all of my many emails- even late on a Sunday night.

Bella Flora Creative also provided all of the flowers for the rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and reception and I was totally impressed. The designs totally exceeded my expectations- and they were high. They had several one of a kind items that I was able to rent from them to help keep some of my costs down, plus her keen negotiating skills helped me save thousands.

I highly recommend Bella Flora Creative. It was the best money I spent on my wedding!

Definitely on the higher end of pricing, but you get what you pay for. If you can work it into your budget, it is well worth the price. The flowers (and arrangements) were beautiful, and the ones we took home and kept in water lasted almost 3 weeks.

Harper was very understanding of my situaiton, flower choices, and willing to work with me to keep the cost reasonable. She does a very professional job, and was even able to improvise a few extra table decorations at the last minute. I recommend her to any Austin brides who want a professional but affordable florist.
