Room rental and services, food, bar, linen, tax and gratuity. We have packages that are inclusive of these things.

We offer freshly prepared gourmet catering food service directly from the ovens to the plates to your tables.

We will custom design a package for your party.
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?
We can customize the decorations from flowers to props based on your desire at additional cost.
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
We rent equipment i.e. A/V, high boys, cocktail tables and other equipment upon request at additional cost.
What is your staff-to-guest ratio?
We staff 1 server for every 15 guests.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
Yes, for catering only.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
No to both questions, however your hired vendor companies must provide a certificate of liability Insurance.
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
Yes, we have a Bridal Suite.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?

The venue is fully equipped with sufficient electrical outlets.
What restrictions (if any) on decorations?
Nothing can be attached or place on the walls of the facility. Any decorations other than flowers or votive candles must be approved by the facility.

You can use or hire your own photographer.
What restrictions (if any) on videography?
You can hire your own videographer.
What restrictions (if any) on music?
No music that contains lude lyrics.
What restrictions (if any) on attire?
Dress code is determined by the patron. However baseball caps cannot be worn while inside the facility.

The facility has the right to control noise level.
If your site is in a public location, is the client required to get any permits?
We are located in a public location and do not require permits.
Does your venue often accommodate more than one event at a time?
No. Only one wedding at a time.
Do you offer security, if requested?
Yes. Security is included for every event.

Appropriate dress is required.

We have male and female bathroom facilities with plenty of stalls.

Our private parking facility has space for 54 vehicles. We have plenty of street parking and additional space in the rear of the facility.
