It's been very easy to work with Jewell Catering at the Rookery building so far. The Rookery is absolutely beautiful although renting the venue is a little pricey. Well worth the price!Sent on 12/20/2015

This was an AMAZING venue and fantastic backdrop for the ceremony and reception. I can't say enough about how beautiful the space turned out. The cost to rent the venue was a bit pricey and since it is a historic site there were challenges with set up and breakdown of the venue. Lastly - it stays pretty well lit throughout the evening so if your choosing this venue consider that everyone will be dancing in a well lit setting - changing the mood a bit.Sent on 05/28/2013
Regardless of the slight challenges I would still highly recommend the space as it can't be beat for WOW factor!

The Rookery was the perfect venue for the modern/elegant wedding I had envisioned. We had both the ceremony and reception at the venue - it was a perfect size for our 150 guests. They say you can have up to 200, but personally, I think that would be cramped. I'd say max is like 175. We draped the downstairs through Art of Imagination and it just looked absolutely gorgeous. I will say, that because its a public space - during our ceremony some pedestrians came in and we're talking behind our draping - none of our guests saw or heard them, but my husband and I did, and it was a little distracting for all of 30 seconds.Sent on 10/18/2012
