I was very impressed by not only her great skill and artistry when it came to making cake but also her sweet and genuine personality and work ethic. You can tell right from the very first time you meet her that she is passionate about cake and it shines through in her work. I was very impressed when she took the brief information I gave her about my wedding on our first conversation and created a 6 inch cake (in my wedding colors) for me to taste and take home. She went above and beyond a regular baker. She gave me helpful hints when it came to decorating and other way to incorporate my ideas. She also was always very prompt when it came to communicating back and forth through email or phone. The cake itself was amazing the details that she brought from my wedding dress into the cake made it truly unique. The flavor and texture was excellent above anything I have ever tasted.
