See what's included in their services, do they offer free in-depth design sessions & go the extra mile? 5. Is their portfolio online and can you simply ask any question about other wedding vendors? Most reputable vendors can answer these questions and give proof of there capabilities. Make sure you physically talk to them and quiz them on techniques.
