Holly is so talented and creative! Couldn't have chosen a better person to make our wedding desserts! I was so indecisive on flavor combinations, Holly was so patient and gave some amazing suggestions. We decided to go all out on desserts and choose to have a small wedding cake, a croquembouche, and petit fours (small bites). Everyone at the wedding was raving about them. We continue to order cakes and other pastries from Holly for all occasions.

Holly's wedding cakes were delicious and absolutely gorgeous! If you are looking for a unique wedding cake, Holly does a wide variety of styles and flavors and posts lots of photos on her Instagram page. After about five minutes of looking at her cakes we were pretty sure we were going with her - but she really blew us away with the final product!

Holly took the time to drop off cake samples at our catering tasting (which we really appreciated). She was happy to consult on flavor combinations too, which was helpful. We ended up going with a brown butter cake with peach compote and almond buttercream frosting - and it was spectacular! Holly also made us macarons which we distributed with the cake. These were so popular that they started disappearing from people's plates while they were dancing at the wedding (I suspect the flower girl and ring bearer were responsible).

Overall Holly was wonderful to work with - very responsive, open to special requests, and had plenty of ideas of her own. The final product was exactly what we wanted and we would definitely recommend Holly to anyone for a wedding or otherwise.

Hearth Patisserie created such a dreamy, decadent wedding cake for us. We spent a long time tasting cakes and searching for something that was unique and delicious, but light after a heavy meal.  Holly had so many classic and unique sponge/filling/icing options to choose from, and after sampling from an adorable custom tasting box (she made the prettiest mini cakes!), we chose a butter cake with blueberry-lavender filling and lemon cream icing. The flavors were perfect (layered impeccably) the sponge was soft and rich, and the cake itself was stunning. I showed her some inspiration cakes, and she created something that perfectly blended our inspiration with our wedding theme.  We got so many compliments on the cake design and flavors!

Holly was so easy to work with and the hardest part of the process was deciding which of her delicious flavors to pick. She has a really good eye for bringing your vision to life and is very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.
