Elle was absolutely incredible! Not only is she exceptional at what she does, but she is also a genuinely thoughtful and caring person. From the months leading up to the wedding through the big day itself, Elle was organized, communicative, and proactive with both the vendors and me. Having her there on the wedding day allowed both me and my groom to fully enjoy the experience without any stress. She kept everything running on schedule, handled unexpected issues seamlessly, and consistently checked in to make sure we were happy and taken care of. What stood out even more was how many members of our bridal party and family came up to tell me how amazing Elle was. Her professionalism, calm presence, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I truly could not have asked for a better experience and would recommend Elle to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator who goes above and beyond.

Huge thanks to the team for running my day exactly to plan! They took my vision and made it a reality. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! Even to the extent of going to get the groom one thing he forgot to bring HIS UNDERWEAR!!! I am stilled getting complements on how polite, helpful and professional the team was that day! If you’re on the fence about hiring someone for planning or day or coordination like I was, absolutely DO IT and choose Brittany! I did most of my wedding planning by myself at first. As someone who had a very specific vision and can be a little bit of a control freak, I wasn’t sure if I wanted or needed to hire a day of coordinator and was worried about trusting someone else with my vision. However, I am so so glad I decided to go with Brittany. Hiring Brittany was by far the best planning decision I made! She was incredibly professional, detailed, and brought the best vibes! I found her through wedding wire and she got back to me so fast! Communication through the whole planning process was so quick and easy, she was quick at responding every time I reached out. She executed my vision perfectly and put together decor on the fly for tables I completely forgot about. She took off so much anxiety by standing up for me while dealing with conflicts with other vendors and doing all of the last minute communication the week of. This gave me more time to rest and spend time with my loved ones before the big day! I also only heard great things about her from my other vendors, they also said she was so easy to work with and made their days easier as well. Despite a few hiccups the morning of (that were not her fault), I was able to have an absolute stress free day knowing she was taking care of it. I am so glad I used her day of coordination services to have more time with my fiance and family. Absolutely recommend!

If we could give Hannah & her team more than 5 stars, we absolutely would! When we first started searching for a month-of coordinator, we spoke with several different people and just never felt that connection we were looking for. The moment we got off our first call with Hannah, my husband and I looked at each other and immediately knew she was the one. She was warm, funny, knowledgeable, and so easy to talk to. What started as hiring a coordinator ended with gaining a trusted friend. From the beginning, Hannah's organization, professionalism, and attention to detail were unmatched. Shortly after our first call, she set us up with a Google Drive that became the command center for our entire wedding. Calling it helpful would be a complete understatement - it was our wedding planning bible. It included everything imaginable: a detailed planning checklist with timelines and due dates, vendor information and contract storage, floor plans, gratuity guidance, detail trackers & so much more. As an extremely Type-A bride who loves a spreadsheet, I was in heaven. Every time we thought of a question, the answer was either already in the Drive or Hannah was just a phone call away. Whether we needed advice, referrals, or reassurance, she was aways there to point us in the right direction. No question ever felt too small, and no concern ever went unanswered. On wedding day, Hannah was nothing short of incredible. I can honestly say I felt almost no stress, and that was entirely because of her. She & her team coordinated with the venue, vendors, wedding party, and family members while also somehow being everywhere at once. They handled every detail behind the scenes so seamlessly that we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment of the day. What truly sets Hannah apart is that she doesn't just manage the logistics, but she also genuinely takes care of the people. She was there for the major moments that everyone remembers, but she was equally present for the quiet moments that no one sees. By the end of the night, she felt less like our coordinator and more like someone who had been part of our lives for years. There are countless things Hannah did that we'll probably never even know about because that's what great coordinators do. They quietly solve problems before anyone realizes they exist. Our wedding day would not have been what it was without her & her team. If you're considering hiring Hannah, stop searching and book her. It was THE best decision we made throughout the entire wedding planning process, and we cannot recommend her highly enough.

The service I received was superb! The centerpieces were beautiful. They set the tone for rest of the decor. I would use this vendor again and will continue to highly recommend her!

Amber was such a Great Day of Coordinator! She made my life so much easier, I'm so glad I hired her...she was very responsive throughout the entire process and was just an overall joy to work with. We hired Dawn for day-of coordination for our wedding. Even though she was hired just for the day of, Dawn went above and beyond for us in the weeks leading up to the wedding. We had a ceremony venue change three weeks before our wedding, and Dawn was so understanding and flexible and really helped reassure us that everything would go great the day of our wedding even with such a big change so close to the date. The day of our wedding Dawn did so much for us - everything from decorating our wedding arch and helping set up ceremony chairs and decorations to helping us cue up music at our reception - she was incredible! I am recommending her to all of my friends and family who are planning on getting married in southern Delaware!

Booking Dana was the best decision we made for our wedding weekend in Rehoboth. She was absolutely incredible, organized, proactive, calm under pressure, and truly on top of every single detail. We had a huge wedding and a huge welcome party, requiring us to bring in every vendor ourselves, so she essentially helped us plan two weddings in one weekend. With 300 guests, endless logistics, unpredictable weather, and me changing my mind more than once, Dana was always one step ahead with a thoughtful backup plan ready to go. I really wanted to lean into the beachy feel of the weekend, but since I’m not from the area, I had no familiarity with local vendors. Dana’s recommendations were fantastic and helped bring the entire vision to life in such a special way. Despite all the moving parts, Dana made the entire weekend feel completely seamless and flawless. I truly can’t recommend her enough. Dana, thank you for making our wedding weekend everything we dreamed of and more!!!!
