Amber was such a Great Day of Coordinator! She made my life so much easier, I'm so glad I hired her...she was very responsive throughout the entire process and was just an overall joy to work with. Everything went so smoothly on my wedding day & I truly believe Amber contributed a huge part to that. I highly recommend her...She was Wonderful!

Amber did an amazing job for us. We had reached out to her early on, but initially held off on. As the day approached, it became abundantly clear to us that all of our DIY plans weren’t worth a darn thing if we couldn’t execute on the day of (and enjoy ourselves a little!). Plus, I (the bride) can admittedly be a bit high-strung, and I knew an extra set of hands would really help take some pressure off. So we reached out again, and THANK GOODNESS she was still available.
If you’re hesitating to book Amber, just do it already! Money so well spent!!! She was a great resource during the last few crazy weeks on all the little things we weren’t sure about (especially scheduling!). She brought up many details that we hadn’t even thought about. She reassured us that we were on the right path and it would come together.
She was essential for keeping things moving and bringing it all together! With the groom quarantined in the men’s suite, there was no way I could have done it all myself. Every time I needed her, Amber was right there (if not already leading up another task!). There was quite a big vision in my head, and with very little info from me, she was just able to run with it full-speed and execute it brilliantly. Thank goodness again!!!! I swear she literally read my mind on some stuff and did it without me even saying a thing. That's a pro.
Throughout the rest of the night, she kept us on schedule and reminded us of timing/events, but was super flexible when we adjusted a bit here and there. It was such a relief to know we could enjoy ourselves, cut loose, and she would get us when we were needed. That really helped free us up to have some extra fun dancing.
And at the end of the night, she was huge in helping us break down, box everything back up and get on the road. She had stuff organized for me (again, without even needing to ask) and worked her butt off coordinating with the caterer and volunteers/wedding party.

Amber was essential to the success and enjoyment of my wedding day! Before the wedding she checked in with me several times to see if I needed anything and in the weeks beforehand she created a day-off timeline and contacted and coordinated with all of my vendors. On my wedding day I felt completely secure knowing that she would be able to handle any problems that emerged. Having her there freed up my family and friends from doing any set up and we were all able to just enjoy the day. My family kept joking that Amber was a ninja because she would just appear and set something up and then suddenly appear across the room setting something else up. Just some of the many things Amber did: set up our s'mores bar and fire pit, put out table runners and centerpieces, set up our dessert table, and watch the card box and put it somewhere safe afterwards. Her attention to detail was impeccable and her flexibility and professionalism outstanding. I highly recommend Amber for your wedding day coordinating needs!
