We interviewed quite a few day-of coordinators and we are so happy we went with Amy. She was a delight to work with and made our absolute dream wedding happen. She was always on top of things and sent very helpful detailed emails after every meeting with what decisions had been made and which still needed to happen. It was wonderful to be able to relax and trust that she was keeping track of all of the little pieces. Importantly for us, she was great at listening to what we actually wanted and not just what the wedding industry says you are supposed to do. She gave us advice but let us steer the vision. We had a Quaker-Jewish wedding with quite a few elements that she didn't have experience with but she was excited to do something different and dove in and made it happen for us. She has a talented team and a lot of supplies and was a great help on the decorating front as well. Her team did the decorations for the sweetheart table and it was stunningly beautiful. She ended up designing and printing all of our printed materials too and they came out gorgeous.

On the wedding day itself, a surprise wind storm swept through the tent two hours before the ceremony and destroyed all of the set up, including knocking over centerpieces and breaking vases. I was upstairs and wouldn't have known it happened except that I saw my mother (who made the flower arrangements) go sprinting downstairs and figured something was up. But I had total trust in Amy and by the time guests arrived you would never have known they had to do the full set up twice. She pulled it together and I was able to just relax and enjoy my day.

If you want someone competent, fun, and invested we highly recommend Amy.

Amy was absolutely invaluable to my husband and I. She was super knowledgeable about what needed to be done well before the big day and on the day itself. Amy had everyone very well organized throughout the day and still managed to pick our bridal party flowers and set up our entire reception area. She made it so easy to relax and enjoy my day knowing that everything was being taken care. I honestly don’t know how we would have pulled it off without her. We highly recommend her. Hiring Amy as a coordinator was such a great move! We had a complicated wedding- we hosted it in a non-wedding venue, brought in full-service outside catering, rented all our equipment (kitchen included!), had the ceremony and reception 10 min walk apart, hired a huge band, etc etc. But Amy made it all flow seamlessly! She was also super supportive of our crazy ideas (think- bringing in entire tree limbs for decor, hiking for our first look) and added her own touches to the day. We had a perfect wedding that felt so very us, and it could not have happened without Amy. We definitely recommend her.
