My husband and I hired Laina for our wedding on March 16, 2024 and she was everything we didn't know we needed!

I had been planning my wedding for a little over 6 months when I realized just how many "little things" were piling up leading to our bid day, and finally decided I needed some help bringing everything together. Laina was able to pick up right where I left off, was extremely responsive and knowledgable, and really kept me at ease through the whole process leading up to our wedding day. She is very organized and thinks of all the little details you may not think of on your own, if you know little to nothing about wedding planning like I did.

On our wedding day, the first thing she did when she got to our venue was find me in the bridal suite to let me know everything in the ceremony and reception space was coming together great, which is exactly what I needed to hear in that moment. She helped us stick to our timeline, was there to help with everything and anything, and even helped me bustle my dress between ceremony and reception. She truly felt like another family member at my wedding! THANK YOU Laina, for everything!

We hired Laina to be our day of coordinator for our wedding 11/2024 after meeting with many other coordinators. We knew we wanted to hire Laina right away. She is incredibly professional and extremely helpful. If I had the chance to do it again, I would have hired her as our planner. Laina was always on time, returns emails quickly, and is so pleasant. We had 3 prep meetings with her throughout the year leading up to our event to go over the details and plan. Laina was so organized and had every detail of the timeline secured! On our day of she took care of everything. Not only did she help with set up and breakdown, but she also managed coordinations with all the vendors to ensure everything was running smoothly. We also added a few things to the timeline last minute and Laina helped us figure out where to fit them in.There were also little things Laina did to make sure the day was special for us like making sure we had a plate of food during cocktail hour, making sure we had drinks and champagne ready after the ceremony and making sure our food was hot and ready for us after we took pictures. If you are considering hiring a day of coordinator, do not hesitate to hire Laina! She will ensure your day goes smoothly so you don’t have to worry and you can focus on celebrating with your family and friends.

Hiring Laina as our day of coordinator was the absolute best decision we made while planning our own wedding. From the first time we reached out to her she was quick to ease any nerves we had and through the process was consistent with communication and her attention to detail during our planning meetings ensured our day went off as smoothly as possible. Despite the wrench this threw into the evening Laina's work ensured the two of us were able to have the wedding of our dreams and we couldn't be more grateful for her help. The best decision I made in my entire wedding planning process was hiring Laina. She is professional, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable. Every time I met with her I left feeling like a weight had been taken off of my shoulders. We chose to hire Laina after learning of an issue with our wedding venue. She reached out as soon as I contacted her and we had a contract signed and our first meeting scheduled very quickly. It was such a relief to have someone there for me the day of my wedding whose sole priority was to work in my best interest and make sure things run smoothly. She decorated the room beautifully and was there for everything I needed. She even helped with steaming my dress! Our package had Laina at the reception until 8pm, and we certainly could tell the difference when she left. Things just ran perfectly and smoothly thanks to her expertise while she was there. My biggest regret with my wedding is not hiring Laina for full wedding planning, she is worth every penny!

Opting to use a wedding planner was one of our best decisions and Laina was literally amazing during every step of the wedding planning process. She kept us organized, thought of things we would not have, was professional, adaptable, and made it her mission that we did not have to think or deal with a thing on our day.
