My husband and I hired Laina for our wedding on March 16, 2024 and she was everything we didn't know we needed!
I had been planning my wedding for a little over 6 months when I realized just how many "little things" were piling up leading to our bid day, and finally decided I needed some help bringing everything together. Laina was able to pick up right where I left off, was extremely responsive and knowledgable, and really kept me at ease through the whole process leading up to our wedding day. She is very organized and thinks of all the little details you may not think of on your own, if you know little to nothing about wedding planning like I did.
On our wedding day, the first thing she did when she got to our venue was find me in the bridal suite to let me know everything in the ceremony and reception space was coming together great, which is exactly what I needed to hear in that moment. She helped us stick to our timeline, was there to help with everything and anything, and even helped me bustle my dress between ceremony and reception. She truly felt like another family member at my wedding! THANK YOU Laina, for everything! -

When we began our wedding planning process we knew we wanted to hire a day of coordinator. We planned a DIY wedding on our family farm which includes lots of details that need to be executed on the big day. We are so glad we hired Laina. We had 3 prep meetings with her throughout the year leading up to our event to go over the details and plan. Laina was so organized and had every detail of the timeline secured! On our day of she took care of everything. Not only did she help with set up and breakdown, but she also managed coordinations with all the vendors to ensure everything was running smoothly. We also added a few things to the timeline last minute and Laina helped us figure out where to fit them in.There were also little things Laina did to make sure the day was special for us like making sure we had a plate of food during cocktail hour, making sure we had drinks and champagne ready after the ceremony and making sure our food was hot and ready for us after we took pictures. If you are considering hiring a day of coordinator, do not hesitate to hire Laina! She will ensure your day goes smoothly so you don’t have to worry and you can focus on celebrating with your family and friends. -

Opting to use a wedding planner was one of our best decisions and Laina was literally amazing during every step of the wedding planning process. She kept us organized, thought of things we would not have, was professional, adaptable, and made it her mission that we did not have to think or deal with a thing on our day. It was a huge help to have her as our go to person on the wedding day, especially her relationship with the other vendors made everything that much smoother! She made sure everything we had planned was taking place and allowed us to focus on enjoying every minute of the day. She went above and beyond. Organizing the venue before the ceremony exactly how we envisioned it and helping out in every way during the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. I truly recommend working with her! We hired Laina for our day of coordination and it was the best decision ever!! I was a total control freak throughout the whole wedding planning and I was so nervous to leave the day of responsibilities to someone else but Laina was incredible!!! There was a lot of pressure with hurricane Ian but I did not have worry about a single thing the entire day, she took control, embraced all of my ideas, and made my wedding come to life! I highly highly recommend Laina, your wedding will be in good hands! -

Best Wedding Day Choice!
Laina was a dream to work with from the start. Since our first meeting, she put me at ease and I knew our wedding was in capable hands. She provided me with detailed documents to help in the planning process for each step. I could tell she was just as meticulous about the little things as I would be which made me that much more comfortable the day of knowing everything would be just as I envisioned. As I refined my vision for the wedding, Laina was right there. Whenever I asked, she provided her expert opinion and guidance. She asked me about things I never would have that about, yet were important details. I was able to remain calm and collected despite not being on site when vendors arrived because Laina was there. She met with each vendor upon arrival and ensured everything ran as expected while fixing any hiccups along the way. Laina set up everything as I had envisioned and it was perfect! I would highly recommend hiring Laina for all of your wedding coordinating needs! -
