Hiring SocialFly Events for our event coordinating was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding, I cannot emphasize this enough. Gwen was so incredibly organized and was so much more than a day-of coordinator! She scheduled phone calls with me throughout the planning process to keep my planning on track, prompting me to think about details I would have previously missed. Gwen even came to check out the venue with me, just so she could get the details of what I wanted. She made thoughtful suggestions on what to add to make our day flow perfectly. Before our wedding, Gwen contacted our vendors and made it clear that she was the point-person for the day of and called in for the final phone calls with the vendor, running through the details with them. She attended the wedding rehearsal, which helped organize everyone so that the actual wedding day went smoothly. On the wedding day, she brought a team with her that was able to help set-up and take-down decorations. I did not have to deal with any details, other than enjoying myself! Gwen helped with the décor, managed the vendors, assisted the guests, and made my perfect wedding a reality. She truly thought of everything and then some! She even met up with me the day after the wedding to ship back some items that had been missed. In addition to her organization and thoughtfulness, she was a pleasure to work with and consistently positive and professional!

When my husband and I reached out to Gwen, she was on point from start to finish. Before working with Gwen, I was stressed and emotional. My original wedding date was May 25, 2020, due to COVID-19, we had to postponed our wedding to August 16, 2020. Despite all the changes, we had to go through, Gwen made sure that everything was taken care of. If she was stressed I couldn't even tell lol. She remained professional at all times, calm and collective as much as possible. Also, what really got me was that she threw in a surprise for me and my husband on our original wedding date. Instead of us, sitting at home not celebrating what would've been our wedding day, she had set up a private dinner for the both of us (designed with our colors, florals, and wedding day menu). Even though she did not have to do this. She went the extra mile.

Gwen and her team went above my expectations for just doing my day of coordinating. She was there from beginning to end. Her level of knowledge, professionalism and patience is impeccable.
