About
Here are three reason why you should have a photobooth at your reception: 1) It will satisfy your friends Hunger for Fun. 2) They’ll remember, because it’ll be posted on their refrigerator the next morning, 3) You'll have photos of them too, in your scrapbook, along with their enlivening quips written alongside. Don't wait. Email me today. Because you just might experience that crushing, seemingly bottomless moment when you find out we don't have one available for your wedding date.

Tips and Advice
Facts you should know about photo booths. With most photo booth companies you have to pre-select, before your event, whether you want b&w or color photos. With ours each guest gets to pick. One person may want b&w, the next color; that’s how our booths work normally. Unless, of course, you want us to set up the booth to only shoot b&w or only color, that's easy too. Our scrapbooks are awesome, high quality, and archival. They come in 16 different colors - not just one or two colors. Got to www.kolo.com and click on "scrapbooks" and then "Newbury". Most photo booth companies provide a technician close by, but they just set the scrapbook on a table for your guests to fumble through putting the scrapbook together. We do it all. Our attendants are dressed in black pants and nice dress shirts, and make the experience fun and hassle-free. We bring a 2'x2' bistro table and all the necessary materials. You will cherish your Plumb Fun Photobooth scrapbook for years, and everyone will enjoy the process the night of your event. We don’t offer double prints because the printing takes longer. Our goal is to get as many people through the booth as possible. It’s not a race, but why spend time waiting for an extra set of prints when someone else could be in the booth having fun. More importantly, this results in more photo-strips in your scrapbook. In lieu of double prints, our scrapbook service includes posting all the photo-strips on the web. Some other photo booth companies do too, but they only give you a replica of the photo-strip. We give you the photo-strip and the individual photos that make up the photo-strip in a high res format that allow you to blow them up to 11x14 or greater. You can also get the photos printed on coffee mugs, playing cards and all types of things. The important thing to remember is this: not all the photos on a photo-strip are going to be priceless, but one of them will be priceless. Wouldn't it be great to get that one photo in a really high quality print and frame it? It is only possible with a Plumb Fun Photobooth. Our booths shoot with a special 9-mega-pixel camera and patented flash system to insure everyone is in focus; no blurry motion; and the sharpest, highest resolution, quality image possible. Plus, no mater how many people are in the shot, or whether they are close to the camera or far away, everyone is in focus. The second best photo booth on the market today uses a 5-mega-pixel camera. It's visually different. I have samples of every photo booth in the country on my desk - I know. But don't take my word for it, ask everyone to send you a photo-strip from their machine. Our photo booths use a dye-sublimation printer, which makes the photos deeper, richer, more vibrant and pop in comparison to our competition's ink jet printers. Dye-sublimation is a CMYK heat transfer system similar to the highest quality photographic process available today. Everyone else uses a standard ink jet printer from your local office supply store for under $100. We have a "real" booth. Most of our competitors have a tent or assemble a box on-site. We’ve never been turned away because we can’t get a booth to a party. Part of the fun is the experience inside the booth - the fun of everyone getting jamming together to take a photo, then quickly changing poses. It's just not the same in an uninspiring tent where you have enough room to seat your favorite football team. Do you really like horizontal photos? People are vertical. Photo booths have been shooting vertical photos since 1926 when they were invented. Only recently have people been making pseudo booths that shoot horizontal photos. I don't know why, but horizontal photos of people in a photo booth just don't look right. Most photo booth companies in Florida are one person with one booth, and it's their second job on the weekend. They offer a low price to get you in the door. Then, if they get a better rate from someone else later on, they drop you. It's happened, I know because people end up calling us a week before their event, in a panic, because some other photo booth company backed out of their contract. We have 6 booths, we’re open all week long, and we’ve been in business for 3 years in Tampa, Orlando and Jacksonville. I’m happy to do an apples-to-apples comparison with any other photo booth company. Just ask.
