My Name is Vikki, Owner and Lead Planner of Memorable Moments, Event Planning Service. I started this service based upon my shear enjoyment and natural ability to plan and create events. I’ve learned, the best way to be successful, is by doing things that you simply love to do, and planning definitely tops the charts for myself. I’ve been planning on a personal level for over ten years. I was recently credited with certification as a Wedding and Event Planner through the US Career Institute and currently continuing to advance my studies in the field of planning through American Academy of Wedding Professionals. However, that’s not only what makes me qualified to facilitate your event. I love working with people and helping them take a vague idea and develop that idea into an immaculate event. Q: How Do You Charge for Services?

A: As a full service Wedding and Event Planning Consulting firm, our fees are based upon your exact needs. For a typical package, we charge either a competitively priced flat fee. However this can be adjusted, for instance, if you only require a few services, we may charge per hour. After speaking with one of our consultants, we can then best determine the rate of services dependant upon the amount of service required.

Q: Since I Have a Limited Budget, Isn’t Hiring a Consultant Just an Added Expense?

A: It has been said that "a good planner will always pay for itself." Plannners are available to help you develop a realistic budget. Our goals, based upon what’s really important to you, is to organize and prioritize, creating a budget to meet your needs. Because an event will require you to hire and manage numerous vendors, having an experienced third party to facilitate, who understands your prorities and concerns is imperative. We will negotiate contracts that works within your budget and protects your interests, often saving you 10-30% off the retail cost and we are capable of doing so without sacrificing quality.

Q: If I Have Hired All of My Vendors Do I Really Need a Consultant?

A: Definitely. The day of the event can typically be most stressful, so much so, making it difficult for the host to enjoy the day’s events. Having to worry about dealing with last minute details and managing family and friend dynamics can really take away from the event itself. We understand the planning and facilitation of an event will cause this type of stress. In this instance, Memorable Moments will act as your advocate. We hope to eliminate or minimize as much stress as possible. We will delagate responsibilities and coordinate efforts between all vendors and event staff, so that you can sit back, relax, and rest assured knowing that we all here to do all the work.
