Unlimited vendor referrals (florist, photographer, reception site, officiant, caterer etc)
Arrange and accompany you to all vendor meetings when necessary.
 Event design of theme & décor concept.  Including but not limited to … invitations, floral décor, lighting, favors, table arrangements, personal accents etc.
Assist with guest accommodations & welcome packages
Tracking RSVP’s and following up with who hasn’t responded
Develop seating chart and table arrangement.
Rehearsal of ceremony & coordination of the after dinner party
Creating & distributing the itinerary and programs for the wedding day
Final vendor confirmations & driving directions to all venues
Full wedding day coordination (see “Elegance Package” for details)

“The Sophistication Package”

If you have managed to plan the entire event but need some last minute help to ensure all final details are taken care of …this package is for you.

 Unlimited contact via email and phone
Vendor referrals for those not secured yet
Additional 5 hours of planning meetings (in person or via phone conference) in which we will discuss budget adjustments, theme, final vendor selections, and final walk through of reception site if necessary.   I will offer last minute tips and ideas to bring your whole event together for a cohesive feeling.
Final review of all contracts and management of vendor services
Assist with final checklist/ timeline to ensure that all your “to do’s” are accomplished
Full wedding day coordination (see “Elegance Package” for details)

"The Elegance Package"
 
If you have planned the entire event but realize, as the day gets closer you need some   help tying up loose ends & the "day of”, this package is for you. 
 
One meeting approximately one month prior to wedding day to review & coordinate timeline
Unlimited contact throughout the month via phone or email
Review the vendor contracts & confirming all vendor times
Assisting in any last minute problems / issues that come up
Coordinate the rehearsal & customize the wedding day itinerary and programs
Collecting all wedding day items at the rehearsal (candles, favors, guest books etc)
Complete wedding day coordination (up to 10 hours) with two day of coordinators
Ensuring that everything happens on schedule and in style
Distribution of final payments to vendors
Making sure the ceremony & reception site are properly setup
Having an onsite essential wedding day emergency kit for any unforeseen mishaps
Cueing all the ceremony & reception line-ups and announcements
Primping the bride & bridal party for a picture perfect look
Ensuring all the photography shots desired are taken & songs requested are played
Preparing all the keepsakes and top of cake at the end of the night
Decorate bridal suite for wedding night

Gathering all the legal advice pertaining to travel (marriage license requirements in different locations etc)

Assisting with travel accommodations and on site activities for guests
