Luciana is an absolute godsend! I am so fortunate to have met her less than 2 weeks before my baby shower. She is incredibly talented and created a beautiful ambiance for our event last weekend. From our initial phone call through the shower, Luciana was kind, patient, and communicative. Luciana prioritized my vision for the shower and ensured I was happy every step of the way. Luciana was amazing!! My daughter hired her as the ‘Day Of’ coordinator and she took care of every little thing! When we weren’t sure if the light-up letters my daughter wanted for the dance floor would work, Luciana found the electrician of the venue and got the proper answers! She took care of every detail! Sooo easy to work with and so kind!! Couldn’t recommend her more!!

10.15.23 , was our wedding! We started the process on our own and ended up hiring Luciana for day of coordinator . Our venue tried to tell us we wouldn’t need that, but boy were they wrong ! She was a life saver ! She made the day of a breeze ! She goes ABOVE & BEYOND ! She is an expert in her field ! She is on top of everything! So thankful for her & her team! My only regret was not hiring her from the start! She has also planned my sons first birthday and that was everything I envisioned and more ! Luciana was the absolute best decision we made for our wedding! In the months leading up to the wedding, Luciana made the entire process COMPLETELY stress-free and simple. She created a very well-organized lists of vendors to choose from based on our style goals and budget. Our only responsibility was to select from the beautifully curated lists- which was quite fun, I must say! Luciana handled all the rest. I didn't have to send the countless emails, make calls, or get bogged down with all the micro decisions. I was having a difficult time picking a dj and Luciana’s suggestion was amazing. EVERYONE at the wedding and after said how amazing the dj was and how he played to all age groups. I trusted her instinct and it was spot on. She also worked with my sister for my bridal shower, which was a fairytale. She listened to me and knew exactly what I wanted when I had a difficult time expressing it. She handled some very delicate difficult family situations and made everyone feel relaxed and calm. She is adaptable, empathetic, organized, trustworthy, versatile, the list goes on.

On the day of the wedding, Luciana made sure everything was seamless and smooth. We had a relaxing, fun, stress-free day all thanks to Luciana's incredible preparation and skill. She is truly a one-of-a-kind talent, and we will forever be grateful for the beautiful day she created for us.

I cannot thank Luciana and her assistant enough for helping the day run so smoothly! From our first conversation, Luciana was extremely helpful and even works with you to keep everything in your budget. She helped with every little detail for the day, from steaming everyone’s dresses, organizing the items for the details shot, directly communicating with vendors, reapplying lipstick, helping you get out of your dress to use the bathroom, to much more!! I had a large bridal party, and because of her, we were on time for all events. We also went to 4 different locations throughout the day with the bridal party and she packed up all my personal belongings and made sure nothing was left behind at each location. Even when we were taking pictures for a long time, she kept checking on us to see if we wanted to leave for the cocktail hour. We also had so much fun hanging out with her and her assistant, they made us feel extremely comfortable. If you are on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator, you need to do it! There were so many little details the day of that she took care of, but because of her, I can honestly say nothing went wrong and I was calm the entire day!

We discovered labella planning later in the wedding planning process and it was truly a blessing! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND hiring Luciana and her team for any event you are planning. Luciana was our wedding day-of-coordinator and in the weeks leading up to the wedding, she worked with all of the vendors I hired and put together a detailed timeline for the day. This was extremely helpful! She's a pro and knows all of the little details that need to be organized for a stress free day. She was there to make sure the rehearsal was organized and by the end of it, knew everybody's names (and we have a big family!). On my wedding day, Luciana and her team were on top of everything!!! We had absolutely nothing to stress about. From making sure the vendors were on time and where they needed to be, to helping me button my dress (very complicated!!
