Historic Farmer’s Delight Plantation is located in the heart of Virginia’s “Hunt Country” nestled in the foot hills just outside the historic village of Middleburg, Virginia.

This fantastic 95 acre estate and Historic Mansion (circa 1700's) has extensive pastoral and mountain views, a pond, English gardens and includes an arboretum, boxwood maze, terraced gardens with fountain and mountain views. We also have a absolutly beautiful "must see" pine grove with a miniture chapel that is often used for wedding ceremonies Spring/Summer/Fall.

Farmers Delight Plantation is available for outdoor weddings and tented receptions, small indoor events, corporate events and any private social gatherings/receptions. The estate can easily accommodate small/intimate events OR up to large gatherings.

Call (or email) regarding our very reasonable "tax deductible" Site Rental Fees. The property is owned by The McGhee Foundation which is a 501 (c) (3) "non profit" Foundation, so up to 75% of your Site Rental Fee is treated as a tax deductible contribution to the non profit Foundation.

Absolutely perfect for my daughter's wedding....the grounds are right out of a story book. I only wished we could have been there for a couple of days. We will be back as the opportunity arises and will recommend to others for their events.

It is for that reason, when the owners of the property (The McGhee Foundation) asked us to manage all the Events at Farmers Delight, we immediately said YES!. If it wasn't the BEST site anywhere, we wouldn't have said yes, because, we always want our clients to have the best possible.

We will always do Events at other sites/locations, but if "outdoor country" is what your looking for, go no further, this is it! Add to that, the Site Fee is lower AND the Site Fee is 75% Tax Deductible AND our Professional Design and Management services are provided at no extra charge SO you will have the BEST event possible!
