The American Institute of Architects is scheduled to begin a substantial renewal of its headquarters on New York Avenue in Washington, D.C. in January of 2023. We anticipate the project lasting up to 2 years and plan to welcome guests back into the building in the first quarter of 2025. At this time, we will only be taking rental reservations until mid-December 2022.
