Emily's Gourmet to Go is a multi-service catering company, specializing in designing fabulous events at reasonable prices for our clients in the Pioneer Valley.

Emily Hathaway, owner and chef, grew up in Richmond, Va., and lived in Italy, Miami and New York before bringing her culinary skills to New England. Our extensive menus reflect those locales and more – new American as well as traditional Southern, Caribbean and Latin American, northern Italian, Mediterranean and Southeast Asian cuisines … all can be found on our menus.

Our selections include vegetarian and vegan options; we are happy to accommodate most dietary restrictions. And we regularly update our menus to keep you – and us – on our gastronomic toes.

In addition to special events, Emily’s Gourmet to Go hosts breakfast and luncheon meetings for businesses, seminars and workshops. We also offer gift certificates and gift baskets for your special someone … because what says “I care” more than: “Here. This is for you. Eat.”
