Patrick and his team were simply the best! Patrick was by far the easiest vendor to work with in all aspects. He has catered 2 of our family weddings and I’m already dying for someone else to get married so we can have his food again. He made the process easy and stress free. The food for our wedding was delicious! Our guests couldn’t stop raving about it—there wasn't much left by the end of the night. Patrick and his team were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Everything went smoothly from start to finish with great communication. We would love to work with them again and highly recommend their services for any event!

Patrick and his staff are incredibly kind and professional. Everything was better than expected on our day! They were great sports about our venue’s very limited kitchen and prep space. They even have a partnership with an amazing bakery so we didn’t have to find an additional vendor. I can’t recommend them enough they were a great part of our special day!!

All I can say is "Wow!" Patrick at Hillside was a true partner throughout the planning for our outdoor wedding reception. He was clear and timely with his communication and was an incredible asset for helping us book a great tent and table company and bartender. He advised us on planning and managing logistics for the day so everything ran as smooth as possible. On the day of the reception, we didn't have to worry about a thing and spent the whole day enjoying our friends and family and eating delicious food. I haven't even mentioned the food yet! Since we were planning an east coast reception while living on the west coast, Patrick invited our local friends/family to take part in the tasting on our behalf based on the menu items (brie wheels, pizzas, pot roast, glazed salmon, the list goes on...) we selected. We got nothing but rave reviews. Every bit of food served was tasty and of the highest quality (I definitely recommend the crab cakes and ravioli!). We feasted on leftovers for the next two days because we couldn't let a morsel of it go to waste. If Hillside Organic is available on your special day, do yourself a favor and book them now. You won't regret it!

Hillside catered our daughter’s wedding party today. Everything was fantastic from the food to the setup to the service. Attentive, artistic and timely done to accolades from all. Helpful guidance and suggestions even for other ancillary vendors like tent/tables/chairs to bartender to package store, all of which were of similar great quality. We can recommend Hillside Organic Catering emphatically. Just the best of everything including the people!!!

All we can say is, YUM! Patrick and all the staff at Hillside were so wonderful to work with and made truly delicious food for our wedding. Patrick was the perfect combination of being open to our thoughts and ideas and offering suggestions of what he thought people would like. We got so many compliments on the food - especially the Salmon Javanese. We had a few friends and family members with allergies and dietary restrictions and they made sure everyone got something yummy to eat. The desserts from Sweet Lucy’s were a hit. We were so thankful the have leftovers the next day so we didn’t have the think about what to make for dinner. We can’t say enough good things about Hillside!

I had hillside catering, cater our wedding! Patrick and his team did an outstanding job. Everyone remarked on how delicious the food was! It was incredible. Patrick is a delight to work with. Very nice and a down to earth person who works incredible hard to make sure you have the best for your occasion.

Patrick answer all my question extremely quickly. He also set aside a plate of appetizer for the Bride & Groom to enjoy, we wouldn’t have had any if they hadn’t done that.
Would recommend the Mac & Cheese to everyone it was the biggest hit. The flame mignon was so tender it fell apart in the mouth. Great experience working them!

Hillside Organic Catering catered my husband and I's rehearsal lunch and wedding dinner. From start to finish, Hillside executed our two events flawlessly. Well before the events, Patrick and Craig had us in for multiple tastings, sending us home with more food than we could ever eat. They were flexible with their menu options and were happy to accommodate any and all of our preferences. The food, particularly the wedding dinner, was impeccable. My husband and I come from a restaurant background, and trust me, this is not typical wedding buffet food. The filet was juicy and rare, the local veggies had texture and were super fresh, and the fish was moist and uniquely topped with sweety drops and mango (Patrick's suggestion). They even went so far as to cook separate vegan meals for one of our guests (and she said it was the best stuffed mushroom of her life). Not only was the food outstanding, but Patrick and Craig were two of the kindest and most professional people we have worked with. They were knowledgeable about food and event catering in equal measure. I would recommend Patrick and Craig at Hillside Organic Catering for any of your events. Give this awesome place your business- it is well worth it.
