We absolutely loved having Little Trúc cater our wedding! Many, many guests have said they wished they had gone back for thirds! They were so accommodating- our guests included people with every dietary restriction under the sun, and everyone was happy! They also handled the torrential downpour like champs. We would absolutely hire them again and again.

As a wedding planner I get to work with many different caterers! It was wonderful to work with Little Truc! There team was awesome to work with on the wedding we had together. Their food was delicious and presentation was great! I definitely saw lots of guests going up for seconds....and third! Looking forward to working together again!

We had a small (55 person) very DIY wedding in Western MA. The only vendor we planned to hire was a caterer, so we really wanted to make sure the food was memorable. We looked around at caterers that our venue recommended, but by the time we got to planning, people were either booked, or their menus were meh, or they had some red-flag reviews. We found Little Truc right as we felt like we were exhausting all our options, but honestly I think they would have been our first choice even if we had our pick of every caterer in Western MA.

Communication leading up to the event was easy. We set up a few calls with them to talk about the vision for the wedding and plan the menu. Since the wedding itself was very DIY, I left my best friend in charge of getting the team situated when they arrived at the venue. So from my vantage point, this beautiful spread of food just kind of materialized out of thin air, with zero interruptions to the ceremony or any activity that was happening during the reception. They brought their own serving table, chaffing dishes, linens, and serving dishes, and it should be noted that everything looked really tasteful and beautiful (I appreciated the pretty ceramics and the elegant way the sides were plated!) The service was seamless and excellent. Kat and her crew are true professionals.

As for the food...wow. Best chicken adobo I've had in my life. Every side was amazing (still dreaming about the roasted eggplant, and the tomato and mint salad with crispy shallots). By nature of the cuisine, there were a lot of great vegan and gluten free options to choose from as we put together our menu (pretty much everything except the chicken was V and GF and tasted absolutely amazing). The seasonal produce really brought it home. It was a memorable feast.

We got a lot of "best food I've ever had at any wedding hands-down" comments from our guests. A lot of event catering is pretty mid, but not Little Truc. If good food is a priority for your wedding, go with these guys.

My husband is a chef. So picking the caterer took us a long time. He did not want “typical wedding food” and we didn’t want his industry friends to be disappointed. Little Trúc hit it out of the park. Everything was delicious and the timing was perfect. They accommodated for our picky eaters and food allergies. Highly recommend!

I had a couple specific requests/concerns/limitations for a caterer to deal with but Katrina and Alex were able to accommodate us without any issue at all. Alex easily managed to make a very low-carb friendly menu that also left so many options for our gluten-free and vegetarian guests!
My older family members were a little concerned that Southeast Asian food would be too "exotic" for them, but even the boomers raved about the falling-off-the-bone braised chicken and garlic noodles! The rest of us just loved all of it! Spicy shrimp curry and Vietnamese cabbage/mint salad? Yes please!
The team was also great with communicating with our venue. This was a huge relief, as the venue was hesitant to have us use someone other than their “preferred” caterers.
Overall, the Little Trúc team was so professional, highly communicative, and made us the best dang wedding meal ever - thank you so much again Katrina & Alex!!!

We had an intimate wedding in the Berkshires. We had never been to Little Truc but heard amazing things so we took a risk and hired them without tasting their food. We had some complicated dietary restrictions and preferences and they were extremely accommodating. It was the best wedding food we’ve ever had. Our guests asked how we heard about them and found them and all exclaimed the food was amazing. We did family style and the portions were generous and they were so kind. We even needed a few extra hands at the end of the night and they pitched in to make our wedding unforgettable - in terms of quality of wedding food and the service experience. We hope to have a larger party one day and will definitely be calling them again.

We love little truc! and when I say we, I mean me, my husband, my family, my friends, I have never talked to someone that was disappointed in the quality of their service, or their food. Alex, Kat, and Eli are an incredible team. They are flexible, responsive, and creative. From the bahn mi sandwich, to the tingly wings, and cold noodle salads, if you are looking for Southeast Asian food with creative and exciting flare, Little Truc will never disappoint.

Little Truc catered our wedding a couple weeks ago and the food was SO good! So good that many of our guests came up to us during or after the wedding and told us how much they loved it and that it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. It was fresh, flavorful, and creative.

We did family style and there was a ton of food, no small portions like some. We also loved that they provided all of their own serving dishes and utensils so we didn’t need to rent those, and also found they required much less equipment than many of the other caterers we were looking at. And in my opinion, more reasonably priced. They were also super accommodating in making all of the food gluten free since I’m allergic!

If you love good food and want something a little different than your standard wedding food, I highly recommend them!

We knew we wanted a food truck to cater our wedding in June, and we are SO glad we hired Little Truc! Katrina and her team were friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They designed a menu and logistical set up that perfectly fit our needs, accommodating multiple dietary restrictions and preferences. Our guests were so impressed with the creative, flavorful, color dishes and the flawless execution. Everything was delicious but the chicken adobo, tamarind pork meatballs, and crispy chickpeas in particular were phenomenal. The staff at our wedding venue even told us the next day that it was hands down the best food they've ever had at the venue - and they eat a LOT of catered food every week. Thank you Little Truc! We can't wait to visit the truck again and enjoy even more of your delicious creations!
