Easily accommodated special dietary needs. The bartender and wait staff really went the extra mile - remembering drink orders, and making sure every guest was offered plenty to eat.

This team was so incredible - Erin is so responsive and pleasure to work with, and the chef is top notch. During our tasting he kept bringing our additional items for us to try just to make sure we were 100% sure which direction we wanted to go with certain things. The day of was seamless and guests raved about the food - many saying it was the best they’d ever had at a wedding. The team was also very on top of allergies and food preferences. Would 100% recommend! The food is elevated and delicious (with great and creative presentation), and the team is professional and personable, from planning to day of execution.

I don't know where to begin. Latitude is the PERFECT caterer. The food was outstanding; everything tasted as if I was seated at a luxurious restaurant. The portions were hot and huge. The waitstaff were friendly, quick, and attentive. Erin was SUCH a joy to work with. I'm not sure I would've been able to plan my wedding without her. She was so quick to respond to my emails/questions, I truly miss exchanging emails with her, two months later! Haha! Latitude also helped me quite a bit with securing linen rentals. Latitude ensured that every single one of my guests allergies/restrictions were attended to and my guests felt safe to enjoy their food. Several of them even stopped me to say how much they appreciated the care that was taken to ensure that their allergies were heard and cared for. There is such a large selection of amazing options for ALL of the courses. We had the opportunity to select from the Fall/Winter menu and it was nearly impossible to pick. The tasting was amazing and we could barely walk because they fed us so much! I can't wait to come back to Western, MA and stop in to say hello and enjoy all the delicious food once again. I recommend the short rib and deconstructed chicken parmesan!!

Erin was beyond wonderful. From the very beginning to the very end. She answered all of my emails quickly and helped with every single detail. We had been planning my wedding for over a year and it finally came together and it was all stunning! The entire staff was great. Our room looked so nice. The service was phenomenal. The food is always great. I didn’t have to worry about anything as a bride! They made it all happen. Thank you Erin and staff for such a wonderful night!

Lattitude was our most expensive vendor due to the size of our wedding (150) and opting for open bar and a sit down dinner. That being said, it was definitely worth the money for two reasons: we were so pleased with the food, and so were our guests, and the staff went above and beyond. Erin was, and is, exceptional. She is so kind, experienced and professional. We even had a few last minute ideas and suggestions and she made them happy and that really meant a lot to us in addition to helping us plan out the rest of our catering services. On the day of the wedding, the staff was constantly checking in with us and making sure we were happy with everything (we were!). From start to finish, an excellent experience and would recommend them to anyone.

They are the best! From the beginning with working with Erin to develop a menu that worked for us, to the tasting where we were wowed with every bite, to all the emails with clear communication and helpful organization, and lastly to the big day when Chef Jeff and the team of servers went above and beyond. You are going to want them on your day trust me!

I wanted wedding food that my guests would be talking about for months if not years to follow and that’s exactly what we got!
Lattitude has been and is my favorite restaurant so when I got engaged there was no question on who was going to be our caterer. My husband and I did throw a curve ball at Lattitude… we wanted elevated Mexican inspired food. Certainly not your typical wedding fare or Lattitude’s daily menu but boy did they deliver! We gave Lattitude full range to create a menu and Erin and Jeff exceed our expectations with our “Day of Amore” menu. They put together a beautiful antipasto station filled with Mexican and Spanish cheeses, they constructed a live mobile guac station, they created an arrangement of gourmet tacos and my favorite part, they even made fired ice cream balls to go with our cake!
On top of the amazing food, their customer service, professionalism and presentation was a 10 out 10! We had to postpone twice which resulted in three different seasons. They made each postponement easy and they tweaked the menu to make sure the fare went with the season. Their eye for detail was beyond impressive. They even made menu cards that matched all of our stationary and signage at my requests.
Hands down, hiring Lattitude was the best decision we made!

There aren't even words to begin to describe how amazing Shelby and her team at Longitude Catering were throughout the entire wedding planning process to the day-of. To start off, we had the BEST time tasting our entire menu back in June. Since we're foodies and have worked in restaurants for years, we figured we would have a few critiques at the tasting. NOPE, everything we tasted was so DELICIOUS and we couldn't imagine changing one thing. Once we tasted everything, we got giddy because KNEW all of our guests were going to be overly satisfied with the food. The short rib was to die for, the salmon was cooked to perfection, the chicken was so tender, and the ravioli was out of this world. The apps were as equally delicious.

Now to the day-of the wedding, we LOVED having a little alone time after our ceremony to enjoy a cheese board and tasting board of the apps, it was the nicest touch! I am still dreaming about the scallops. It was so awesome that Longitude included napkins, plates, glasses, and utensils in their package. You don't find many caterers that do this. We got SOOO many compliments on the food throughout the day and still do to this day over a month later.

Lastly, but certainly not least, THE STAFF. Shelby and the rest of the Longitude staff were absolutely dynamite. I can't tell you how many people told me how quick, efficient, and pleasant the staff was. Catering a wedding is such an intense job, it's so hard to pull it off and make it look easy. The Longitude team did just that. Everyone was so kind, friendly, and helpful. Their hard work did not go unnoticed. Thank you Chelsea for the extra love and attention! You made us feel so special. Anything I needed, Shelby and the rest of the staff was right there to make sure Ryan and I were taken care of on the biggest day of our lives. They will never know how much that meant to us.

Thank you Longitude! I want to host an event just to hang out with you all and eat the best food ever all over again!!!

All of our guests raved about the food at our wedding, and we completely agreed with them! We were blown away by the food when we went for our tasting a few months before the wedding. We thought it may not be quite that good on the day of when feeding 120 guests, but it in fact was just as delicious! All four of our meal options were amazing, as was the salad, bread, and the wonderful cocktail hour spread. The cake, included in the catering package from Pete’s Sweets, was also incredible.
In addition to the delicious food, Shelby was amazing to work with. She was professional and responsive, and she was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire planning process (even when we needed to postpone due to Covid). She also handled the place settings and cake decoration, and everything looked perfect. The entire team was efficient and professional during the wedding. I wouldn’t have changed a single thing, and I’m so glad we chose Lattitude/Longitude to cater our wedding!

Erin, Shelby and team at Longitude catering are FANTASTIC to work with. They catered our wedding and were so flexible when we decided to postpone a year due to the pandemic. The menu options are essentially endless, and everything was so. good. We went in for our tasting and we’re so impressed we decided to have them cater my bridal shower as well. All of our guests raved about the food, we just wish we had a chance to eat more of it ourselves!
