For more than ten years, Quonquont Farm, a wedding venue in Whately, Massachusetts, has cultivated a reputation for generous hospitality, elegant occasions, and evenings your guests will rave about for years to come.
The Farm
Quonquont Farm is a classic New England farm spanning 200 acres. Home to old-fashioned apple orchards, rambling blueberry patches, sparkling ponds, flowering meadows, and forested uplands – harmoniously creating the perfect backdrop for your celebration.
The Ceremony
As your guests arrive we will usher them to a seat at one of our three unique ceremony locations. Select between views of meadows and mountains on our manicured lawn, immerse yourself in the history and charm of our heritage apple orchard, or enjoy a whimsical walk to our soaring post-and-beam pavilion that provides shelter and shade, rain or shine, for your ceremony.
The Barn
Originally built a century ago, The Barn at Quonquont Farm has been painstakingly restored to a bright, open interior that will dazzle your guests. The 5,000 square foot space includes seating for 200 guests, yet remains versatile for more intimate gatherings. With a full bar, catering kitchen, spacious restrooms, and climate control, The Barn has every amenity to ensure your guests’ comfort.
Your Wedding at Quonquont Farm
We want your wedding to be everything you hoped for, so we provide you with the following services and amenities to help you achieve the perfect day:
Exclusive use of the property for the full day of your wedding.
Pre-event planning and day of coordination provided by our experienced team of event professionals
Access to the dressing suite located in our renovated Farmhouse starting at 9:00am.
Six hours of event time (4:00pm-10:00pm)
A ceremony rehearsal with your wedding party led by our coordinators prior to your wedding.
The ceremony location of your choice (choose between our post-and-beam pavilion, manicured event lawn or seasonal apple orchard)
Ceremony chairs along with wine barrels and your choice of arbor to decorate the ceremony space.
Our flagstone patio, filled with high top tables, umbrellas for shade, and plenty of seating for you and your guests.
Our charming, garden-shed style outdoor bar, serving up farm fresh cocktails after your ceremony
A reception held in our beautiful Event Barn.
Bistro and twinkle lights to add to the brilliant reception space.
Round tables with fruitwood chiavari chairs.

We want you to be fully present for every moment of your celebration. Allow our experienced coordination team to guide you through the planning process – personalized vendor recommendations, rental item facilitation, timeline management and creation, floorplan design, decor consultation, all set up and break down and much more.
The Silo Bar
Let our team work with you to design the perfect cocktail for your perfect day and help you with all your beverage services. Creative cocktails, top-shelf liquor, and the products of local master brewers make the warm charm of Quonquont’s Silo Bar the talk of the town. We infuse our own farm grown seasonal produce, flowers, fresh fruit and cider into delightful concoctions that will complement your evening, excite your guests, and add a personal touch to your festive occasion.
Catering
You are welcome to hire the full-service caterer of your choice to handle the food for the evening. We do have an onsite catering kitchen, however we require that all food be prepared by a licensed, insured and full-service caterer that is ServSafe certified.

Choosing Quonquont Farm was the single best decision we made for our wedding. We knew from the start that the venue was beautiful, but what makes Quonquont truly extraordinary are the people who run it. Alexxis and Sara are not just venue coordinators — they are built-in planners who know every inch of the farm and how to bring out the best of it for each couple.
From more than a year out, all the way through the weeks leading up to the wedding, they answered every question under the sun with kindness, professionalism, and care. We met with them several times and every single time left feeling more excited and more confident that our day would be perfect. They could teach a master class in professionalism while still managing to feel like true friends. They did things they didn’t have to do, like inviting wedding couples for cocktail tastings (so much fun, and such a cool way to meet other couples!), and they thoughtfully customized every detail to fit our vibe. Honestly, we wanted to become friends with them — we miss them already and hope our paths cross again soon.
The bar program at Quonquont was out of this world. Tommy and the bar team gave us one of the best cocktail experiences we’ve ever had — and we’re serious cocktail people. They worked with us to customize the beer, wine, and cocktail list down to the tiniest details (they even had Chartreuse!). Guests are still telling us it was the best wedding bar they’ve ever experienced. It truly felt like having drinks from the best cocktail bar in the region, right there at our wedding.
The florals, also by Quonquont, were breathtaking. Nicole and her team created arrangements that felt natural, vibrant, and perfectly in tune with the farm setting. There’s something magical about having your flowers literally come from just outside the venue — it made everything feel more alive and authentic. (Truly, go with the onsite florals. I don’t know why you’d get them anywhere else.)
Throughout the entire day, we heard from guests over and over again: “This is the best wedding I’ve ever been to.” Quonquont created the environment that made that possible. The combination of the stunning farm setting, incredible planning support, thoughtful customization, unbelievable cocktails, and gorgeous florals gave us a wedding that not only exceeded our expectations but also gave our guests an unforgettable experience.
Quonquont Farm isn’t just a venue — it’s a full team of professionals who pour their hearts into making your wedding amazing. We cannot recommend them enough.

Amazing Venue & Great Service
QuonQuont was the perfect place for us to say our "I do's". The location is secluded enough that you feel you are in the middle of the country but is central enough that people are able to travel to and from without getting lost. The service day of was amazing and the coordinators were helpful & knowledgable. A great place to have you perfect day.

Quonquont Farm is the absolute perfect venue to get married! When we started looking at venues, we knew we wanted a single venue with multiple different areas to enjoy and that is exactly what QQ offers. The beautiful covered pavilion for the ceremony, the patio for cocktail hour, and the stunning wedding barn to celebrate with a night of dancing. Alexxis, Sara, and Tommy made the whole wedding planning experience effortless. They think of everything so you don’t have too, and they coordinated with all our vendors to make the day of seamless. They allowed for us to truly be present and just enjoy our wedding day!
When we learned that QQ offered floral services we were so excited. Being able to use QQ grown flowers for our wedding day was an absolute bonus and we could not have been happier. Nicole and Maida created the most gorgeous floral arrangements for our wedding day. They took our inspiration pictures and turned them into a reality better than we could have expected!

Best venue ever! The 2 year wait from booking QQ to the day of our wedding was WELL worth it. I am so glad that I decided to go forward with Quonquont Farm after touring it and falling in love with the barn and ceremony spaces. Alexxis, Sara & Tommy were amazing during the entire process! From the meetings leading up to the wedding, to the day of coordination, through to the end of our wedding night- it was all so perfect! We couldn’t have asked for a better team. 11/10 - would HIGHLY recommend Quonquont to anyone looking for an indoor/outdoor elegant barn wedding venue :)

We LOVED Quonquont Farm!
My husband and I got married at Quonquont Farm this past August and we had the most incredible day! We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful venue! The event barn, pavilion, farm house, and gorgeous scenery around the farm made for the perfect space for our wedding. The events team was fantastic and so incredibly helpful from planning to frequent check in meetings to the wedding day itself. Alexxis was our point person, and we can’t thank her enough for making everything happen and go so smoothly! She blew us away with how organized she was. We were confident in Quonquont leading up to our big day, as everything was so well organized and the events team made sure we were happy with every single detail along the way. We felt so relaxed about all of the details on the wedding day because we knew that she was on top of everything. We would HIGHLY recommend Quonquont Farm and all of the nice people that work there to anyone looking for a beautiful and stress-free wedding day!

Quonquont is the BEST
There are no words to describe how perfect Quonquont was to have our wedding at. Jenelle, Sara, and Alexiss go above and beyond and are so communicative and supportive. They make your vision to come to life-- and so much more! The venue is beyond gorgeous and there are no words to describe how picture perfect our day was! It was truly a dream :)

The Best Ever!
My husband and I got married at Quonquont Farm on September 18, 2021 and it was the best day ever with help from the Quonquont team! We fell in love with the farm on our first visit. The Quonquont team was incredible throughout the entire planning process. They made everything so easy and we felt very supported throughout the entire process. On our day Alexxis was amazing and made everything run so smoothly. The venue is beautiful and the team is amazing. Thank you Quonquont!

The perfect day
Alexxis and Sara made our wedding vision come to life. It was truly a dream and such a breeze working with them. They were so helpful, responsive and gave really great suggestions for any questions we had. The venue is absolutely stunning and we could not have imagined our wedding anywhere else!! This was the only venue we toured when choosing a venue because it was so perfect. You will not regret choosing this beautiful venue!

Exceptional Wedding Venue
Absolutely gorgeous venue with the best scenery for photos. The coordinators were so accommodating when we had to reschedule twice due to Covid. They were also very responsive with questions and assisting throughout the entire planning process. Our wedding day would not have gone as smoothly as it did without the day of coordinators. We love this venue and it’s breathtaking beauty so much! Could not have asked for a better venue and wedding experience. 1000% recommend!

A dream wedding at a perfect venue
We got married at Quonquont on October 23rd, 2021, and it was the most perfect, magical day! From the start, the team was so incredibly helpful. As the date got closer, I began working more in detail with Sara, and she was just the best coordinator I could've asked for. She answered every question I had (there were a lot of them), helped plan out the day in extreme detail, and made me feel so at ease. On the day of, it went off absolutely flawlessly, and I know that's thanks to Sara, Alexxis, and Jenelle. Everything went exactly how I imagined, and I know that's because this team was working non-stop to ensure everything was on time and how I'd asked for it. The venue was beautiful, and I couldn't have asked for a better venue to get married at, or a better team. I highly highly recommend Quonquont and the staff! My thanks will never quite feel like enough to express how I feel.
