I felt compelled to leave this review. I attended a wedding catered by this company a couple months ago and finally found out who catered it. The bride and groom chose the wood fired pizzas. The pizzas looked amazing, however the bottoms of every pizza were completely raw. One bite and your tongue was coated in flour. Disgusting! I thought the first one I had was a bad batch, so I tried several different pizzas from different batches throughout the dinner service. They were all the same. Raw dough. Before this night, I can’t recall ever receiving a pizza I couldn’t eat. Even Dominos is better than that disgrace of a pizza. Our whole table felt the same way about the pizza. A quick look around the room and you could see the dissatisfaction on everyones face. I know the catering must of cost my friends a pretty penny and it’s such a shame how bad it was. I couldn’t imagine paying that type of money for inedible food on one of the most important days of my life. What a stain on a wonderful evening. Hopefully this review either helps the company learn from their mistake or prevents some people from wasting their hard earned money
