Wheelhouse Catering was fantastic. The food and service were exceptional, and their farm-to-table approach made everything incredibly fresh and flavorful. We did a family-style menu that was fully customizable, and the chef created a proposal based on our flavor palette and the season. Everything was incredible (especially the mushroom risotto!), and our guests are still raving about the wedding food—how rare is that! They handled all dietary restrictions effortlessly and were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Extremely professional and execute well even with a big wedding. Highly recommend.

Working with Wheelhouse was the best experience!! I am the mom, and can say the food, professionalism, and presentation was top notch!! Each dinner tasted and was presented as if it was the only entree cooked!! The attention to detail and the freshness of the food was spectacular, also want to mention the appetizers and raw bar and charcuterie bar were delicious, beautifully presented and over the top!!

We could not have been happier with Wheelhouse Farm Catering for our wedding! From the very beginning, working with Jake made the planning process easy and exciting. And on the big day, Cassie and her team absolutely knocked it out of the park.

The food was outstanding — truly some of the best we’ve ever had, at a wedding or otherwise. Guests are still reaching out with comments like:

On top of it all, Cassie and her staff went above and beyond to take care of us — even helping me and my groomsmen with a quick outfit change after dinner and thoughtfully packing up desserts and pasta for us to enjoy later. Those little things made us feel so cared for.

Words cannot adequately express how thrilled we were ...EVERYONE was with their dining experience (cannot just say "food") at our wedding!! Every single person had the same exact comment - hands down the most delicious food they've ever had at a wedding. Actually, forget the wedding part - it was simply just a delicious food experience. We think the "tomato galette" might become famous after Saturday. The donuts!!! But all the other desserts too - just amazing. Even the signage - just perfect!

The servers were amazing and could not have been more professional. Zofia managed the event and everything leading up to it and did everything to make sure it was all perfectly executed. Both Zofia and Jake not only lived up to our expectations, but also exceeded them. From start (a year ago) to finish they both were an absolute pleasure to work with. We just knew we were in good hands. They truly made the day unforgettable.

I can't say enough good things about Cassie and the Wheelhouse team. My husband is a chef so he definitely likes nice food and from the start, we were so impressed with the team. They were very receptive and available for questions and it was a lot of fun designing the menu. They were the height of professionalism and took all of the food allergies very seriously and made sure every guest had a dish they could eat. During the actual wedding dinner, the food was absolutely amazing!! We got so many compliments on the food. They also designed special cocktails for us which were a huge hit. I would say that if you want fresh, locally sourced food with incredible service, definitely go with this catering team.

The wheelhouse crew planned a beautiful and thoughtful menu from seasonal and local ingredients and we could not have been happier. Our guests are still raving about how incredible the food was even a week after our wedding. We also had a few guests that were celiac and they were able to accommodate their needs seamlessly. They were very responsive and helpful through the whole planning process and we can’t recommend them enough.

Wheelhouse has a team of absolute rockstars, and I literally could not recommend them more. From the early stages, it was clear not only how responsive they were, but the lengths they were willing to go to accommodate us and bring our vision to life. We used their bartending service for our wedding day, and they delivered in every way. In the face of a significant wind and rain storm, I watched their staff stay composed and greet every guest with a smile. The signature cocktails were incredible and fun. I'm eternally grateful for the Wheelhouse crew.

We can not thank Wheelhouse Farm enough. The planning process is obviously so incredibly stressful; but since the moment we booked with them we felt taken care of. They were ridiculously accommodating to our schedules. My wife and I have weird alternating schedules (service industry problems, amiright?!?) Jake and Cassie did everything in their power to ensure our menu was everything we dreamed of for our wedding, and we have received nothing but rave reviews about the food from our family and friends since. AND they take care of the bar! Our signature cocktails were perfectly crafted and executed. Miren worked with us diligently to develop a menu that would get everyone feeling groovy to get them on the dance floor and then out the door at the end of the night. We could not have asked for a better team to guide us through this process. We felt cared for and confident that it would all come together, and our feedback has fully confirmed that.

Booking Wheelhouse was the single best decision we made for our wedding!!! Jake, Cassie and the team worked with my fiance and I to create a menu that reflected our personal taste while appealing to all of our guests. We choose to serve our meal family style which allowed our guests to sample all of the incredible dishes Wheelhouse had to offer.

Oh and don't even get me started on cocktail hour!!! We opted for the raw bar in addition to passed apps, and when I tell you we were blown away, I mean it. My fiance and I joked with Jake that we wanted to make sure some of the apps were saved and he took it upon himself to build each of us a special plate where we could taste every app before joining the event,
