Wheelhouse catering and Jake Mazar are the best. As perfect as perfect gets from service, professionalism, yummy food, set up, menu cards, follow up, value for money, philosophy, and the cinnamon roll cake!

Wheelhouse did an amazing job catering our daughter's home wedding for 100 in southern Vermont. My son-in-law is half Algerian and was looking for North African food, which in this rural area wasn't going top happen. I stumbled upon Wheelhouse and saw a tagine listed, talked with Jake, and the team came up with a beautiful North African-inspired locally sourced meal that was spectacular. Working with Cassie, from the regularly scheduled phone calls to the site visit and late-in-the-game changes, was wonderful. She gave us such care, confidence, and enthusiasm. When the team came and got going on wedding day, we were all so heartened by their presence. The "mezze" appetizer station was so gorgeous I almost didn't want to remove any food from it. But of course I'm glad I did.

We have nothing but positive things to say about our experience with Wheelhouse! They worked with us to develop a menu that we loved and that they were well prepared to execute perfectly. Couldn't recommend them more!

Jake, Will, and the entire Wheelhouse team went above and beyond anything we imagined for our wedding weekend. Wheelhouse catered our rehearsal dinner our cocktail hour, wedding dinner, and after-party bites. Not only was every bite of food delicious, but the whole planning process was incredibly seamless and fun. Jake listened to our vision for the weekend and executed it perfectly. He was able to fit a raw bar into our budget, provide multiple *delicious* entree options, and worked with us to create a passed appetizer that was near and dear to our hearts. It's been a few weeks since the wedding, and our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was and how nice the catering staff was. If Wheelhouse is an option for you, I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!

Jake, Oli and the Wheelhouse Team provided such a beautiful and delicious dinner for our wedding! First, Jake's communication was clear, professional, right-on-time and his follow-through made our lives so easy! Everything arrived on time, seamless, friendly, beautiful. And delicious! (Only had pictures of the cocktail hour food, but dinner was amazing!).

Wheelhouse Catering was fantastic. The food and service were exceptional, and their farm-to-table approach made everything incredibly fresh and flavorful. We did a family-style menu that was fully customizable, and the chef created a proposal based on our flavor palette and the season. Everything was incredible (especially the mushroom risotto!), and our guests are still raving about the wedding food—how rare is that! They handled all dietary restrictions effortlessly and were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Extremely professional and execute well even with a big wedding. Highly recommend.

Working with Wheelhouse was the best experience!! I am the mom, and can say the food, professionalism, and presentation was top notch!! Each dinner tasted and was presented as if it was the only entree cooked!! The attention to detail and the freshness of the food was spectacular, also want to mention the appetizers and raw bar and charcuterie bar were delicious, beautifully presented and over the top!!

We could not have been happier with Wheelhouse Farm Catering for our wedding! From the very beginning, working with Jake made the planning process easy and exciting. And on the big day, Cassie and her team absolutely knocked it out of the park.

The food was outstanding — truly some of the best we’ve ever had, at a wedding or otherwise. Guests are still reaching out with comments like:

On top of it all, Cassie and her staff went above and beyond to take care of us — even helping me and my groomsmen with a quick outfit change after dinner and thoughtfully packing up desserts and pasta for us to enjoy later. Those little things made us feel so cared for.

Words cannot adequately express how thrilled we were ...EVERYONE was with their dining experience (cannot just say "food") at our wedding!! Every single person had the same exact comment - hands down the most delicious food they've ever had at a wedding. Actually, forget the wedding part - it was simply just a delicious food experience. We think the "tomato galette" might become famous after Saturday. The donuts!!! But all the other desserts too - just amazing. Even the signage - just perfect!
I'm highlighting things, but it was quite literally everything.
The servers were amazing and could not have been more professional. Zofia managed the event and everything leading up to it and did everything to make sure it was all perfectly executed. Both Zofia and Jake not only lived up to our expectations, but also exceeded them. From start (a year ago) to finish they both were an absolute pleasure to work with. We just knew we were in good hands. They truly made the day unforgettable.

I can't say enough good things about Cassie and the Wheelhouse team. My husband is a chef so he definitely likes nice food and from the start, we were so impressed with the team. They were very receptive and available for questions and it was a lot of fun designing the menu. They were the height of professionalism and took all of the food allergies very seriously and made sure every guest had a dish they could eat. During the actual wedding dinner, the food was absolutely amazing!! We got so many compliments on the food. They also designed special cocktails for us which were a huge hit. I would say that if you want fresh, locally sourced food with incredible service, definitely go with this catering team.
