"Having a wedding in Santa Barbara is expensive, even for a couple on a budget and planning it all ourselves. I'd searched high and low for a caterer and had expanded my search to the Los Angeles area in hopes of finding one that would provide simple but delicious food at a reasonable cost.

From the beginning Pat & Judy Falzone were great! We received an estimate via email and proceed to communicate back and forth about menu options and cost. Replies were always prompt, and Pat was creative with working out food options that would satisfy everyone, from the meaty and hearty (homemade Italian meatballs!) to the delicate and savoury (marinated chicken breast on herb rice). They even gave us both light (mushroom pesto pasta with peas) and hearty (eggplant parmesan) vegetarian options!

I thought the distance would be a problem with the tasting, but they even came the distance to Santa Barbara and brought a full serving size of each option to taste - we were stuffed for lunch AND dinner!

The day of, set up was seamless. They maintained great communication with our coordinator about the timetable (and confirming the chafers I'd decided to rent last minute) and set-up everything beautifully by the time my husband and I arrived at the reception.

Everyone, including the musicians, who often play higher-scale events, RAVED about the food, and there were such generous portions that we'd had enough to refill the chafers another time over! Several of our guests took home full chafers, and we joked that we were feeding the town for the night.

A year later, they remembered our anniversary and sent us a note wishing us the best. Everyone should be as nice, professional, and passionate about what they do as they are!"
