Your wedding cake is such an important piece for your reception, and now a days its almost one of the decorations itself. But I think a lot of cakes focus all of their hard work on the "look" of the cake and not always on the taste of the cake. My husband was adamant that our cake would have absolutely no fondant, and I was very worried because I thought there was no way we would be able to have a beautiful cake without fondant! But just to our surprise we found Whitney from Calling All Cakes who is a cake ninja and has the most wonderful flavors (our cake had four because we just couldn't decide!) and does the most amazing work with buttercream icing and sugar pearls. Everything was so fabulous that we ordered some cupcakes from her for our rehearsal dinner! Whitney was incredibly knowledgable, very professional and responsive, and she made us the cake of our dreams, which was not easy because we couldn't decide on a style! Believe you me, I will be finding reasons to have cakes at our next events just so I can order from Calling All Cakes again!
