First let me start by saying Brittany is one of the sweetest and kindest people that I know. Bakeology DFW has some of the best, most beautiful cakes ever. Not only are they beautiful and detailed, they are amazing tasting as well. Her cakes are light and pack tons of flavor. Her chocolate is to die for! It's not overly sweet, and super chocolaty!! Her cupcakes are just as good as her cakes. The key lime cupcakes are heaven! I have used her on 3 or 4 separate occasions and will continue to do so as long as she will bake for me! Truly amazing all the way around. Oh, and her pies!! Just as good as her cakes and cupcakes!!! We ordered for Thanksgiving 2016, and were truly amazed at her pies!!!

One word to describe the cupcakes for our wedding: DELICIOUS 😋 We chose red velvet, lemon, wedding cake, and chocolate. They were almost completely gone by the end of the night! We also had two gluten free options (vanilla and chocolate) which was perfect for our few guests who were gluten intolerant. We found them at a Bridal Expo and they were out of samples by about 30 minutes into the show (and they had baked double the recommended amount), so we knew we had to book a taste testing ASAP. They were the only bakery we tried, and were sold after the first bite. The cakes were moist, flavorful, and not over poweringly sweet. They had a ton of option to choose from between cakes, fillings, and icing. Not to mention the owner was sweet and easy to work with! I would 100% recommend Bakeology DFW for any of your bakery needs!

BakeologyDFW was a true wedding saver! My Fiance and I got married in Colleyville, but live in Addison. In order to incorporate Addison into our wedding, we decided to book with a local Bakery. Without warning, the Bakery closed permanently! We were out our deposit and truly panicked! I logged onto The Knot and immediately found BakeologyDFW! This happened on a Monday and by Saturday I was meeting with Brittany at the bakery tasting cupcakes! Brittany and her team were a dream to work with! My Fiance and I decided we wanted to swap out Cake for a Dessert Spread and Brittany made that happen!

We had cookies (Chocolate Chip, Snickerdoodle), mini pies (Key Lime, Apple Crumble, Cookies & Cream), mini cupcakes (Red Velvet, Wedding Cake), cake pops (Chocolate, Lemon) and mini bars (Turtle, 7 Layer, Lemon). Additionally, we ordered a cutting cake (Wedding Flavor with a Strawberry Cream filling). I am not exaggerating when I tell you that our guests DEVOURED our sweets! During and in the days following, guests reached out letting us know how much they enjoyed the Dessert Spread! They bake everything fresh that morning and the price was amazing! For all of our desserts we paid less than $750.00! My only regret was not booking them first and not ordering extras to take home with us!
