I passionately believe in my motto and I strive to make every wedding cake a dream come true. I believe that you should have anything you want your cake to be. I if you can imagine your cake, you should have it exactly the way you want it. It’s your cake, your dream.

I have over 34 years professional experience in making wedding cakes and have owned my own bakery and wedding cake business since 1980. I have changed the business name a couple of times to reflect the true nature of my business as it revolved from a full service bakery to a specialty of custom designed wedding cakes and quinceanera cakes.
