The cake and cupcakes we got for the wedding were so delicious and it was presented so beautifully. I would recommend this place for anyone celebrating a big day or event.

The guy helped me find a design that reflected my husband & I perfectly. The cake was beautiful and so so good . They delivered it set it up on time and made sure we had the box for top tear. I'm so greatful for everything they did to make my wedding the fairy tail I always wanted.

Once you try their cake, you'll never want to go anywhere else! Not only does it taste good, but the price is right and their presentation is beautiful. They even rented out their cupcake risers to us for the big day, and came early to set up the cake display! Amazing bakers/staff! I will come here again and again just to buy their cupcakes. We got so many compliments on their cupcakes... they were a hit!

Batch Bakery made the cake for our wedding. The cakes were delicious and unique. We had flavors including lavender, rosemary, and earl grey. Our guests raved about how tasty the cake was and how excited they were to have something over than standard vanilla or chocolate. For the chocoholics, Batch made truffles. The cake also looked incredible! The tasting was a great experience as well. Mika did a great job talking us through the difference flavors and options. My wife and I live a few hours from Spokane. When we were deciding on the final flavors, Mika would often suggest meeting in the middle of the week in the evening, which was not possible for us. However, she was flexible and always able to find alternative ways for us to try the cakes, such as leaving them at a local coffee shop for us to pick up on the weekend. Batch did a terrific job for our wedding day! The entire display was gorgeous. Our cake was wonderful, and we got many compliments on both the look and taste of it.

Hannah of Taste Cafe and Gourmet to Go is an amazing pastry chef! From our custom cake tasting session, to going over design options, to the finished product, we were very pleased with their service. It took a little while after my initial email contact for Taste to respond, but since then, all contact went smoothly. Everyone at our wedding LOVED our cake, which is not always the case! Hannah uses organic ingredients and truly bakes from scratch. Surprisingly, a lot of bakers in Spokane use mixes for cakes and frostings, which doesn't work for me since I have food allergies. If you have any allergies, go to Taste. They can handle anything! We're going to get a fresh little cake for our 1 year anniversary soon!

Piper, the Wedding and Events Coordinator, was a total blast to work with. The cake tasting trial of half a dozen cupcakes was sensational and then artistically collaborating with her to create our design was fantastic. Sweet Frostings was able to work with our florist to incorporate fresh, custom flowers and the entire final product was stunning and delicious. Several of our guests liked our cake so much, they journeyed to Sweet Frostings the days following to grab some more! We had previously commissioned (2yrs ago) Sweet Frostings to create our elopement cake and they crushed the Red Velvet and the custom design then, as well. I can’t sing their praises loud enough.

Great service and amazing ladies. My wife and I still talk about how good the cake was. Love their cupcakes too!

We were doing our cake with Marsell's and we knew we wanted to do a dessert station for our wedding, so it only made sense that if Marsell's was doing our cake and some of our desserts, Spokane Cheesecakes was the obvious addition for the rest of our desserts. And boy are we glad we got their cute mini cheesecakes!!! If you've never tried Spokane Cheesecakes, you need to stop by there and get some... SOOON!!!! They are not only super light and delicious, they are also not like any other cheesecake you've ever tried. They're never overpoweringly sweet, and still rich and creamy but yet, fluffy and light at the same time. I don't know how they manage to get the PERFECT consistency on their cheesecakes without compromising flavor, but trust me, they DO!!! Those cheesecakes were such a HUGE hit at our wedding (we did 3 different flavors: mayan, huckleberry and raspberry) and they were gone within minutes!!! The only thing I regret is that we didn't order MOREEE!!!!
