What are the requeriments for a legal Wedding in Mexico?

As of the year 2008 your are required a passport to enter the Country.

For you legal marriage license you will need:

Copy of birth certificates of bride and groom
Copy ID of bride and groom
Copy of divorce decree if applicable (first and last page only)
4 witnesses to be present the day of the wedding
Copy ID of each witness
Lab work
Tourist Visas

All documents must be clear and legible. We best recommend to scan all documents and send as attachments. When the Judge looks at your complete file, he may request to see original documents. Please bring them with you.

You will receive your Legal Marriage Certificate. This is a legal recognition of your union through out the world.
