Do you offer private tastings or open house tastings?
I do offer Open House Cake Tastings, but it is on a schedule so that I can sit down with each couple individually.
 
What are your tasting hours?
By appointment
 
Describe how you price, such as by slice or by tier, for your cakes?
I price by slice. Starting prices are $1.50/slice for butter cream frosting, and $3.00/slice for homemade rolled fondant. Price goes up with the more detail thats added, or if you want a ganache icing instead.
 
Does the price include the top tier of the cake?
Yes, if you want it. A lot of couples lately have been choosing to not do it.
 
Do you offer custom cakes, or do you work with pre-designed styles?
I do offer custom cakes. If you have something in mind, you can show me a picture, and we will go from there.
 
What (if any) special ingredients, such as fresh fruits or farm-fresh butter, do you use in your cakes?
I use fresh fruits on request in some of my fillings
 
On average, how far in advance of the event do you prepare the cake?
Usually 1 day before.
 
How many cakes do you schedule for a typical weekend?
No more than 1 wedding cake per day. I want to make sure that I have all the time I need to make sure it is at your location and set up perfectly before leaving.
 
Will you work with the client's florist to garnish the cake?
Absolutely. I have done this several times before.
 
What (if any) cake accessories, such as a cake stand or cake cutter, do you rent out?
I will rent out cake stands and tables.
 
Do you offer delivery? If yes, how much is your average delivery fee?
FREE delivery with in 10 miles of Chandler. Outside of that the delivery fee is dependent on the distance.

Diamond Package;
For the busy bride who wants it all
Full service package includes: Style, degree of formality and theme development; etiquette guidance; budget and expenditure tracking; ceremony and reception site visits; vendor referrals amd questions to ask; vendor confirmations; assistance with ceremony program; wedding party coordination; wedding day agenda and timeline; direction of rehearsal in conjunction with officiate; wedding day orchestration of wedding ceremony and reception. This package includes free ceremony programs
 
Platinum Package
For the busy bride who needs help with only the planning
The Platinum Package is also a full-service package and includes most of the same items as the diamond package; However there is no direction of rehearsal, ceremony and reception in this package. All arrangements will be made and verified prior to rehearsal and wedding dates. This package includes free ceremony programs if you have signed your contract at least 6 months before the ceremony date.
 
Gold Package
For the bride who has hired some of her own vendors and now needs someone to help keep track of things, tie up loose ends and handle last minute emergencies so she won’t have to
The Gold Package includes the coordination of vendors you have contracted with prior to obtaining our services. It also includes such areas as etiquette guidance; vendor referrals and questions to ask; vendor confirmations; assistance with ceremony planning; wedding party coordination; wedding day agenda and timeline; wedding day orchestration of wedding ceremony. Ceremony programs are an addidtional expense.
 
Silver Package
For the bride who has completed the planning, and now wants to enjoy her wedding day without worry or interruption...
The Silver Package is a "Day Of" package that includes the verification of vendors; wedding day agenda and timeline; rehearsal direction in conjunction with officiate; wedding day orchestration; coordination of wedding ceremony and reception. Ceremony programs are an additional expense.
