I work with a number of trustworthy professionals for whom customer service is of great importance.
What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?
The wedding dress needs to be selected approximately 6 months in advance to make sure we have sufficient time for fittings and alterations.
How often do you receive new dresses?
This depends on the store
Do you provide any guarantees/warrantees of any kind?
I always do my best to help the bride select the dress of her dreams, taking into account her budget,proportions, style etc...
Do you have a seamstress onsite?
Alterations are made at the boutique. I however have another seamstress available when necessary.
In addition to wedding dresses, what other products do you sell?
I assist the bridal party, mother of the bride, bridemaids and grooms in selecting their wardrobe which includes jewelry and shoes.
