Can you accommodate the hearing impaired?

Are you willing to perform a ceremony at a non-religious site?

Absolutely

What is your attire for the ceremony?

Generally black or grey business suit or simple dress, although I have been requested to wear everything from tie-dye to flip-flops to BRIGHT RED. It's your day & I want to look the best for your photos, so don't hesitate to make a request!

Are you flexible in the wording used throughout the ceremony, including the vows?

My semi-customized package is the most popular of my packages & it allows COMPLETE flexibility, not only in wording & vows, but also with special additions.

Do you allow the couple to write their own vows, if desired?

Yes!

Do you have a list of readings pre-selected, from which the couple must choose?

My lengthy library of readings include scriptures, poems & versus from a variety of sources. Although I really love it when a couple approaches me with a unique reading that best reflects their personalities & sets the tone of the ceremony with that.

How long are your ceremonies?

Generally 10-20 minutes

Do you require that premarital counseling be done?

I do not offer premarital counseling

Are you willing to perform pre-ceremony rehearsals?

Yes, though it is not required for most simple ceremonies. I offer couples the opportunity to have an organized friend or family perform the rehearsal using my outline. Or they can book me for a quick day-of rehearsal, a standard rehearsal, or an extended rehearsal for those who really need their hands held - you know who you are!
