PLANNING
Planning includes meetings with Client to plan overall theme, mood and budget as well as assistance in finding all necessary vendors (caterer, reception facility, florist, etc.).  
COORDINATION
Alabaster’s Weddings coordinate the rehearsal, ceremony, reception and vendor appointments for the  Client.  We act as a liaison between clients and vendors to ensure vendors follow-through with all contracted services.  
LOGISTICS/ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
Alabaster’s Weddings will follow-up with all vendors, complete all floor plans, and maintain information that includes all contracts, communications, budget and disbursements.
