From the first meeting with Court, my husband and I easily got along with her and could tell that she was someone of utmost detail, precision, and just an all around good time. She walked us through so many small details for the design of our wedding and brought to our attention so many details that had 100% forgotten. Any request we had, she made it happen and often gave suggestions that made it even better. We had a semi-uncommon theme to our wedding and Court found all the perfect florals, decor details to match, and made everything feel so lush and full of life and color. It is unreal what Queenie Design can accomplish. We were also so fortunate to have Court as our planner who helped us make paramount decisions, kept us extremely organized, and did an amazing job communicating with all of our vendors. She even had back up vendors ready in the event something went wrong with our initial contractors. She did an amazing job keeping our bridal party informed on timelines, she spoke with any family member we requested in order to make our day perfect. To top this ALL off, she's an incredible human, amazingly funny and fun, completely down to earth. Court and the enter Queenie Design team are cream of the crop. Where do we even begin? Having Courtney as our wedding planner and coordinator was honestly a dream come true. From the moment we started working with her, she got our vision and took it to a whole new level. Let’s be real — there were a few hiccups on the big day (because, of course), but Courtney handled them like a pro. It was like she had a magic wand — everything flowed seamlessly, and we didn’t even have to break a sweat. Her ability to tackle the unexpected was truly impressive, and she made sure we could just enjoy the day without worrying about a single thing. Plus, she even followed up with us and the vendors after the wedding to smooth out any little issues — talk about going above and beyond!

Courtney is amazing. Not only is she just a good human she is amazing at her job. She held my hand through the entire wedding planning process and helped me as a type A bride stay on track and realistic. She worked with my budget and helped me use every last penny of my budget intentionally. She saw my vision from day one and made it happen. Court did a phenomenal job! We did not have to worry about anything. Everything from design to venue meetings to tipping vendors on the day was made simple and straightforward. I seriously cannot say enough about Courtney and all she did for us! She was by far the best decision we made wedding planning and I could not have done any of it without her. She constantly checked in with me to see what she could help with leading up to the wedding, provided monthly checklists to help keep me on track and to show the things she was taking care of so I wouldn't worry, and was absolutely amazing day of the wedding. She helped put me in contact with vendors when I didn't have any idea where to start and reassured me and kept me grounded during the whole wedding planning process. There wasn't a single point in the process that she wasn't on top of things and made me feel so relaxed and taken care of. She became a good friend in the process, and I really can't thank her enough for everything she did!

We absolutely loved having Queenie Designs as our wedding planner. Court went above and beyond in helping us throughout the whole process. From our first meeting, we loved her overall vibe. She gave off a centered, cool, calm and collected attitude. She was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. On our wedding day, Court was on the ball. She smoothly handled our day-of timeline and events. During our reception, she blended in perfectly and was there for us whenever we needed anything- she even scooped ice cream for our guests! There was not a point throughout the whole process that we felt stressed. Court worked so hard and we were confident she could handle any hiccup that might (but didn’t) come our way. But we weren’t Court’s only fans – many of our guests expressed how wonderful they thought she was as well. All in all, we cannot recommend Courtney enough to anyone planning on tying the knot. We both believe that no other planner could have accomplished what she did for us.

She made our wedding planning process a breeze to relieve almost all of the stress my husband and family had going into our wedding day. There are no enough words to explain why you need to pick Courtney!! Hands down this was the best decision I could have made when I was planning. I got to a point where I felt stuck and didn’t know what to do so I started looking and came across Queenie Design! Everything about her website drew me in then I spoke with her and the best thing about her is her true genuine care and love for the people that she works with! I explained where I was in planning already and we came up with the best options for me. My wedding day was the most relaxed day because Court seriously because an extension of me and took care of everything! She is so much fun and so personable you have no idea what you are missing if you don’t pick her! I know I seriously couldn’t have handled my stressful moments without her!

Courtney was AMAZING! She is professional, knowledgeable, kind, and easy going. I had no issues communicating with her. She exceeded all our expectations as a day of coordinator. She was helping us months before the wedding by taking over contact with vendors, handling communication with the wedding party, sending monthly checklists, and helping wherever was needed. We had MULTIPLE guests and even other vendors ask where we found her because of how impressed they were with her service. She responded to all our messages timely. Her recommendations were reliable and helpful.

Our big day was truly a dream and if I could do it over again, I wouldn’t change a thing. Her personality is so fun! She got along with all our family and friends. Everyone liked her. What I appreciated the most as a stressed and overwhelmed bride was Courtney’s support. She was calm and handled every issue with professionalism. When looking to book a coordinator we messaged multiple vendors and received the same generic response of “this is what we provide and here’s the price.” One thing I admire about Courtney is her passion. Her response immediately stood out to us. I love her backstory. We booked her instantly without even meeting her because we knew it was the perfect fit.
