When we asked her to get something she had it done within days. I felt so confident and was less nervous about wedding planning with her. I truly had the most perfect day because of her and her staff. They are professional and straightforward. Trust her in the process. She doesn’t sugar coat to please, she gives her honest advice using her expertise and experience as a wedding planner. When I wanted to do something or wanted something for the wedding, she made sure she gave her two cents so that I could make a better decision for the wedding and it turned out to be flawless. From the very beginning, Jackie Yu guided us through every step with so much professionalism, patience, and care. She handled everything—from flowers, hair and makeup coordination, photography timelines, and guest management—down to the smallest details. There was nothing she overlooked.


Even after the ceremony, she thoughtfully wrapped the florals and handed them to our guests as they were leaving. From the beginning, Jackie Yu was fast and personable! The wedding prep frenzy can be intense and it's easy to lose track of which vendors you reach out to or flag which ones to follow up with, but Jackie reached out to me via email/cell so remembering Wedding Story was super easy.

Scheduling our consultation and discussing our vision was also a painfree process. One thing we really loved was how she stayed within our budget and I never worried about having to sacrifice a lot to achieve my dream wedding aesthetic. Additionally, when I told her about my concern having my cat at the wedding (who loves to eat all flowers) she made sure that the faux flowers would be stunning and that incorporating non-toxic flowers in case my cat nibbled on them would not result in an emergency visit to the vet!

Perhaps most importantly, when it came to executing my bespoke vision for my wedding, Jackie and her team delivered the results in such a timely and fast way. I was floored by the final design, which was monochrome, surrealist, very trendy, but also majorly timeless -- all my wedding guests were blown away by the impact they created, even with 95% silk florals! She really sourced the highest quality flowers to use because not all fake flowers are the same.
