Engaged within the first year of dating?

Engaged within 5 months; will be married 9 months after our engagement

We started dating in Feb of 2008..got engaged in Nov 08 found out we were preg 5 days later and had a baby in June 09 and will be marrid in July 10. In short? Yes..engaged within a month. My best friends parents were engaged and married within a year of meeting each other and they are so darn cute and happy and he's 25!

Engaged after 10 months, just had our 2 year dating anniversary on may 2nd

We were five months as well when we got engaged. But we are having a long engagement. Not because we aren't ready to get married but because I'm starting my master's degree and we would like me to be out of school before we get married. We will be getting married on our third year anniversary of being together.

We were engaged "unofficially" within 2 months, officially at 4 months and have now been together for just over a year.

We got engaged after 1 year and 2 months, We've been together for 1 year and 6 months now.

We were engaged in 6 months, but will have been together for 8 years by the time we marry.

I probably don't fit into this category, but what the hey... We were "promised" at two weeks (he gave me his mother's wedding band as a promise ring), handfasted at 4 months, officially engaged at two years and 4 months. We will be married 3 years, 10 months after we started dating.

Officially engaged at 3 months. We had already reserved the venue at two months. Crazy? maybe to everyone else but I met him a couple of years ago, blew him off and when he came back in my life I knew it was for a reason. We will be married just shy of our one year dating anniversary. My parents and his parents have been incredibly supportive of us and our pace. I think they realize we both are ready and perfect for each other. :-)

6 days before 11 months. We will have been together for 2 years and 1 month when we get married. We have known each other for 5 years.

8 1/2 months before engagement, we will be together 2 years and a month, maybe 2 when we get married (we haven't set an official date)

We were not engaged before one year. We waited over 2 years. But we both knew we wanted to marry each other 3 months into our relationship. He just wanted to save $ for the perfect ring.
