Haha FMW, I like his frail, too!!! One of my favorite parts. And one of the most painful lol.

Dddyslilgurl, parts of it hurt more than others. Where it gets closer to my actual ankle, it hurt more than everywhere else. And the head didn't hurt AT ALL. But I got through it, and I already want another haha.

BTW, the tattoo is of the South African Springbok, which is the mascot of the national rugby team. It's to constantly remind me of where I came from.

I love it, I want one on my foot or ankle too.

It's a different kind of pain. Check with your tattoo artist, because mine let me take a few pain killers before he started, which helped a bit. My problem was that I twitched a lot lol I was shaking the WHOLE time.

Very cute! Ladies, do you know that the latest trend is not to cover tattoo, but to embellish it with rhinestones? You get small rhinestones at the "do it yourself" store, you get Eyelash Adhesive for false lashes, and you are in business! Don't put them on the ankles though-might interfere with shoes. It best shows off on the shoulder or back. Sometimes, I further embellish it for my clients with sparkly eye shadow and then put on tiny rhinestones. Looks awesome!

Charlotte, honestly, if I hadn't just gotten fed up and done it, it probably would have taken me weeks to work up the nerve. And it was not nearly as bad as I was thinking it was! I had it all hyped up in my mind, and then parts of it actually just felt like a massage lol. The only painful part was when he hit the bone, but even that was fine. No tears, no nothing. And I LOOOOVED my tattoo artist he's fantastic, and I'll definitely be going to him again!!

No problem, Nicci and thanks!! I'm totally addicted...lol. Although I don't know if FH can handle be getting another one! He said when we left that he felt so bad watching me because I was making faces like I was in excruciating pain lol. I really wasn't, I just made the faces for dramatic effect, but it worked on him hehe.

Very nice! I like simple black line designs like that--all of mine are just black ink. :-)
