 How We Met We met in the beginning of summer 2006. Jason had just graduated from Clarkson University and was home for the summer. We met through our two friends, Josh and Lauren. Lauren had convinced me to go to a bonfire party and I was less than thrilled, but I went to make her happy. Needless to say, I didn't have the best time and didn't care to attend another bonfire party. Later that summer in August, Jason was having a going away party before he moved to Georgia. Lauren again convinced me to go to his going away party. I said what the heck and went and surprisingly had a great time. Jason and I started talking and he took my number later that night. The next day we went to Manhatten Bagel for breakfast and watched movies later that evening and we had kept in touch ever since. Jason moved to Georgia and we were still talking and getting to know each other when we decided to start dating long distance and the rest is history. We talked and texted every day until I visited him in November for Thanksgiving and we had a wonderful visit together and Jason then made the hard but exciting decision to move home and be with his family and to give our relationship 100%.
