Wedding Vendors in Tampa

Alli is the best wedding coordinator/planner. She handled every little detail. Her fees were affordable and for the level of service we received. I would say they’re cheap. There wasn’t a detail she couldn’t handle. Her referrals for other vendors were also spot on and appreciated. The day of the wedding, she made it stress-free and handled all the unforeseen problems without a complaint and with no issues. We highly recommend.Alli.

We were referred to Jackie by our venue (the Vinoy) for a 300 person three-day Indian wedding. Right away, we were so impressed by Jackie's easy communication style, knowledge/industry contacts and her calm but confident "you can do this!" attitude. Throughout the process, Jackie made herself available at all hours (we live on the west coast so we’re on different time zones) and helped us to navigate decisions with many involved family members. She was always up to help us with special requests (i.e., where can we find a pedicab for the groom to enter on) and gave us her honest/blunt take when we needed to hear it. It was clear from our other vendors that Jackie is a force to be reckoned with in the Tampa Bay wedding industry and will always go to bat for her clients. She helped keep me, my fiancé and my mom calm throughout and was a critical part of our wedding planning team. Our big fat Indian wedding went off without a hitch and we have Jackie to thank for it. We love you, Jackie and thank you for everything!!

David and Kristina were the absolute BEST. All we wanted was clips to remember and recap our day to watch forever. They did that plus more. David showed up at my house for hair and makeup to catch some of that plush the reveals & my parents had NO IDEA he was even there. It was PERFECT. No one was fake smiling, nothing was posed - it was just the best. They both show up with the best attitude & the best angles to make an absolute perfect wedding video. There is NOTHING negative I can say about these two individuals. Rating is a 10/10. For my brides ... they were one of the ONLY vendors we had that stayed consistent & were responsive to any question or request we had. For a recap ... Professionalism - 5/5 - they were quiet, they caught EVERY moment I couldn't even remember Creativity - 5/5 - they chose music & background music I would have NEVER thought of and music that would never cross my mind & it just made our video that much better. Communication - 5/5 - YOU as the bride need to make sure you tell them what you want. They will come through. Ask detailed questions, they are very experienced so any questions or concerns I had, they gave their opinion and it helped w. choices. Equipment - 5/5 - If I had to guess, they have like 30 pieces of equipment and it was amazing. There was not just 2-4 cameras / video cameras, THEY COME PREPARED! Thanks again for making our day so special & capturing our moments.

Live music was a must for us, and DeLeon delivered at every stage—from a string trio on the beach, to a dinner duo, to a full horn section dance band that brought the house down. They even learned a Grateful Dead song for our first dance—and let our daughter Bella jump in to sing. Now that’s personal service. Sheila and Anthony were amazing to work with from beginning to wedding. Hope to find another reason to book them again soon!

Hair and makeup for my mom, my mother in law, & myself turned out to be stunning. As a bride that doesn’t normally put makeup on and was terrified to do so, I felt gorgeous and ready for my wedding day!  Also, shoutout for convincing my fiancé to have you do his hair last minute and taking the time to do that for us! His bun looked amazing and held up all night.  Thank you for everything ladies!

From the first dance to the last, Britt was incredible! She kept the party rolling and we had a blast. A week later and people are still telling us how great our DJ was. I want to throw another party just to have her DJ again!

As we ran our annual Turkey Trot we decided we wanted to get eloped in our favorite city, on our favorite beach, on New Years Eve. We never wanted a huge wedding. We simply wanted an intimate ceremony, somewhere warm. Then we would celebrate with all of our loved ones later on. Beneva Weddings staff was phenomenal. They made all of our dreams come true, ever so quickly. It was the best experience and so easy. We didn’t have to worry about a thing once we were down there. Our officiant, Chris, was perfect! It was like she knew us for years. You would have never known we had just talked over the phone and met each other that morning. They put together the most beautiful ceremony that captured who we are and was so natural. The photographer they brought in to take a couple photos of us during the whole thing did a wonderful job.

Flowers by fudgie was 1 of the recommended florists from wedding venue Lakewood ranch. Not being from this area , Laura made us feel supported , It was easy to trust her judgement and professional Opinion Best choice we made to engage their services Laura , wedding specialist was the best to work with Not only did she design arrangements that represented our daughter style, the quality of the flowers, Laura expertise and her kindness , compassion in caring for her customer was phenomenal Laura even went above and beyond staying at the venue way after the ceremony time to make sure the flowers from the ceremony arch were properly placed in the reception ballroom They were gorgeous !!!!! Our latest visit we had the pleasure of working with Ola Tarrab. She is professional and really knew her merchandise and the qualities about gold and gems. We had purchased my engagement ring years ago and loved the style, but once we bought the wedding ring we both became less in love with it because it had curves on the sides and next to a straight band it showed shadows that didn’t allow for the sparkle we wanted. We decided to come in and look. Ola knew exactly what I was explaining and soon had other rings out for us to reset the engagement ring. And the one we found was PERFECT! Ola wasn’t trying to oversell us, even said “oh this one won’t work because….” etc. she guided us through the process. We were going to keep the original band and possibly set it with my husband’s birthstone (he’s my heart). He asked if he could see what it would look love. Amethysts are so pretty. He kept talking with Ola and the next thing I knew he was putting a brand new ring in my right hand and it was gorgeous. Ola took everything to get the stones set, my other bands cleaned and replated (hubbys band too). The pictures do not do the rings justice, need to have a ring light to get them to show right but I love them! Ola is amazing, she did not push us into spending more than we wanted, or even an extra ring, my husband made all those decisions, she just guided us and was so sweet.
