My family and I have been coming to gold and diamond source for 10+ years. We choose to visit GDS for every big event in our family's lives. My 18th birthday, my cousin's sweet 16, my mom's 60th birthday and that of course made me sway my future hubby to use them for my engagement ring!

Mais helped us create two custom pieces for our wedding day that we will gift each other and one she even did the work to be able to match a family heirloom, which meant the world to me. Our latest visit we had the pleasure of working with Ola Tarrab. She is professional and really knew her merchandise and the qualities about gold and gems. We had purchased my engagement ring years ago and loved the style, but once we bought the wedding ring we both became less in love with it because it had curves on the sides and next to a straight band it showed shadows that didn’t allow for the sparkle we wanted. We decided to come in and look. Ola knew exactly what I was explaining and soon had other rings out for us to reset the engagement ring. And the one we found was PERFECT! Ola wasn’t trying to oversell us, even said “oh this one won’t work because….” etc. she guided us through the process. We were going to keep the original band and possibly set it with my husband’s birthstone (he’s my heart). He asked if he could see what it would look love. Amethysts are so pretty. He kept talking with Ola and the next thing I knew he was putting a brand new ring in my right hand and it was gorgeous. Ola took everything to get the stones set, my other bands cleaned and replated (hubbys band too). The pictures do not do the rings justice, need to have a ring light to get them to show right but I love them! Ola is amazing, she did not push us into spending more than we wanted, or even an extra ring, my husband made all those decisions, she just guided us and was so sweet.

There aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful our experience was at Gold and Diamond Source! Mais Tarrab was the fabulous woman who assisted us in finding the perfect ring. She actually designed a ring for me that I never even knew I wanted! It’s gorgeous! She learned what I liked and brought several options of settings and yellow diamonds for us to view. Without her guidance, I don’t think I would have ever found my perfect ring. I’d like to say that shopping for a ring was amazing, however the word “shopping” feels minimal….It was more like a friendly, professional and knowledgeable experience! We’ll be back for the wedding rings! Super impressed and happy!

We have been customers of the Gold & Diamond Source now for close to 20 years. In Jan of this year, I worked with Darrell on a custom redesign of my wedding ring. I wanted to have it reset from 3 pieces into a single ring with some additional diamonds added and an upgraded center stone. He was so knowledgeable and professional and came up with more than 1 amazing design! When we 1st met with Darrell, I showed him many photos from Pintrest & what he came up with was spot on! After some careful consideration, I realized I wasn't willing to part with my original set, and without missing a beat, he produced another cad drawing of the original design with the changes I was looking to incorporate. It was a perfect match of the vision in my head! While it did take several weeks for the ring to be produced, Darrell made the process super smooth and easy, kept in contact with me the entire time, and his timeline and what to expect was right on the money. Working with Darrell was not only a pleasant experience, but the quality that he produced was like none other and certainly something I look forward to doing again!
