Personalized, special and overall wonderfull.

My family and I have been coming to gold and diamond source for 10+ years. We choose to visit GDS for every big event in our family's lives. My 18th birthday, my cousin's sweet 16, my mom's 60th birthday and that of course made me sway my future hubby to use them for my engagement ring!

He got paired up with Mais, who is absolutely amazing at everything she does. My ring exceeded my expectations and then every step of the way since, gold and diamond source has made our jewelry experiences memorable, easy and fun!

Mais helped us create two custom pieces for our wedding day that we will gift each other and one she even did the work to be able to match a family heirloom, which meant the world to me. Her communication is outstanding, she has expertise on everything diamond and gold related and she makes you feel like you matter and she wants to celebrate you!

I cannot recommend gold and diamond source, all of the staff we have enjoyed thoroughly but we now will choose to always ask for Mais because of her kindness!

Have been multiple times and always wonderful service

Our latest visit we had the pleasure of working with Ola Tarrab. She is professional and really knew her merchandise and the qualities about gold and gems. We had purchased my engagement ring years ago and loved the style, but once we bought the wedding ring we both became less in love with it because it had curves on the sides and next to a straight band it showed shadows that didn’t allow for the sparkle we wanted. We decided to come in and look. Ola knew exactly what I was explaining and soon had other rings out for us to reset the engagement ring. And the one we found was PERFECT! Ola wasn’t trying to oversell us, even said “oh this one won’t work because….” etc. she guided us through the process. We were going to keep the original band and possibly set it with my husband’s birthstone (he’s my heart). He asked if he could see what it would look love. Amethysts are so pretty. He kept talking with Ola and the next thing I knew he was putting a brand new ring in my right hand and it was gorgeous. Ola took everything to get the stones set, my other bands cleaned and replated (hubbys band too). The pictures do not do the rings justice, need to have a ring light to get them to show right but I love them! Ola is amazing, she did not push us into spending more than we wanted, or even an extra ring, my husband made all those decisions, she just guided us and was so sweet.

Engagement Ring Shopping!

There aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful our experience was at Gold and Diamond Source! Mais Tarrab was the fabulous woman who assisted us in finding the perfect ring. She actually designed a ring for me that I never even knew I wanted! It’s gorgeous! She learned what I liked and brought several options of settings and yellow diamonds for us to view. Without her guidance, I don’t think I would have ever found my perfect ring. I’d like to say that shopping for a ring was amazing, however the word “shopping” feels minimal….It was more like a friendly, professional and knowledgeable experience! We’ll be back for the wedding rings! Super impressed and happy!

My husband bought my engagement ring and wedding band from GDS, and they are absolutely stunning - thanks in huge part to Sarah Loughlin who helped out throughout this process! Our experience was nonetheless 10/10 and more. My husband felt really comfortable communicating at long distance with Sarah and any questions we had, they were immediately answered with perfect explanations. We absolutely recommend working with Sarah because she was so kind, flexible, accommodating and a subject matter expert with both engagement rings and wedding bands. If we ever have any questions, we know who to go to. Highly recommend!

Custom piece by Darrell for the win!

We have been customers of the Gold & Diamond Source now for close to 20 years. In Jan of this year, I worked with Darrell on a custom redesign of my wedding ring. I wanted to have it reset from 3 pieces into a single ring with some additional diamonds added and an upgraded center stone. He was so knowledgeable and professional and came up with more than 1 amazing design! When we 1st met with Darrell, I showed him many photos from Pintrest & what he came up with was spot on! After some careful consideration, I realized I wasn't willing to part with my original set, and without missing a beat, he produced another cad drawing of the original design with the changes I was looking to incorporate. It was a perfect match of the vision in my head! While it did take several weeks for the ring to be produced, Darrell made the process super smooth and easy, kept in contact with me the entire time, and his timeline and what to expect was right on the money. Working with Darrell was not only a pleasant experience, but the quality that he produced was like none other and certainly something I look forward to doing again! Amazing service!

My husband bought my engagement ring from the Gold and Diamond Source. When I took it in for a cleaning a small stone was missing from my band and they replaced it for free! We came back for our wedding bands and I won't go anywhere else for fine jewelry needs! Highly recommend!

Highly Recommend Custom Jewelry Creation With Darrell (aka Mr. Sparkly shoes! His shoes are the most amazing, def check out which fabulous pair he has on!).

Had a blast creating a custom pendant that will be a treasured piece for many years to come. Darrell took a black pearl my father had given me and transformed it into a beautiful mermaid, holding up the pearl as if it was the world!

From start to finish, he took great care with each part of the process and communicated clearly what would be going on, every step of the way.

Darrell is kind, brilliant, creative and one hell of a creator! You won't be disappointed if you stop by to see him for some fun and sparkles.

Our wedding bands and my engagement ring!

My husband drove to Clearwater from our home in Sarasota to find an engagement ring at Gold and Diamond Source the day he planned to propose to me. He told the consultant he wanted to give me a ring that and she showed him everything he could walk out with immediately. He picked one and she confirmed it was exactly the size he needed. She told him it was meant to be. He’d had such a positive experience that he decided we needed to go back for our wedding bands. Again we went back needing a set we could leave with the same day. Our consultant showed us a few before my husband picked out exactly what he liked. We were finished so much faster than I expected and that was nice. We are so happy with the rings we have - they are classic and beautiful!

Best customer service experience in years!!!!!!

My Fiance' and I began looking for diamonds this past spring with 3 different jewelers; one in Wisconsin, one in Illinois and the Gold and Diamond Source. Valentina at GDS quickly won us over with her persistent professionalism and impeccable customer service. She was diligent about finding the perfect diamond for us. She was so attentive and worked very hard to send us photos of diamonds that fit our parameters. At one point we told her about a diamond we thought we were going to get from our Illinois jeweler that was exactly what we were looking for. When we dragged our feet on it and he sent it back to Canada, she got it back for us along with several other diamond to look at. When she finally called us down to Florida to see what she had found, well she found us a diamond that was bigger, better and just more perfect than the one we thought we were going to get. It is stunning. Val then worked tirelessly with me and the GDS master jewelers to bring my design for the setting to fruition. She made sure every detail was as I wanted and Joe and I think it is perfect. We both stare at it in amazement all the time.
Valentina made the entire process so enjoyable that buying a diamond that big and going crazy with the setting was easy. She also helped us pick out the perfect ring and necklace for Joe to give my daughter as a promise to love and cherish her as his own. We just marveled at her prowess in the lost art of customer service. She is a true gem among all of your gems. Many thanks to her and to all of you at GDS for making us the most beautiful ring we ever could have imagined. We will be sure to steer people in your direction.

Amazing Experience!

My Fiancé Kevin and I went to the Gold and Diamond source for both our wedding bands and my engagement ring! We were greeted by Steve Weintraub as soon as we arrived- he is the sweetest man with a heart of gold (hehe). He guided us to Megan, who was our sales assistant and diamond expert! She made our experience even more amazing! She was so professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I actually learned a ton about diamond quality from her! She was so patient with us as I tried on a million wedding bands until I finally found the one! My fiancé’s ring is beautiful as well! We will never go anywhere else to buy our diamonds- Gold and Diamond source was THAT INCREDIBLE! Ask for Megan and tell her Taylor and Kevin sent you!!

Welcoming, Friendly and Helpful Every Time!

My husband bought my engagement ring from Blue Nile, but we came to Gold & Diamond Source to have it resized. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. We went in January to look at bands, hoping to take advantage of a deal the store was running. The salesperson who helped us informed us there would be a deal that could save us even more money happening around Valentine’s Day- so we waited a few more weeks to go back and make our final decision and buy our bands. We both love them.

Beautiful wedding bands

My fiancé and I went here for our wedding bands. We worked with Pat who was super patient as we looked at various ring types for me and my fiancé. We both ended up getting our bands together because we fell in love with them! I would definitely recommend!

Sparkly Bits and Oohs/Aaahs

I knew of the fantastic reputation the Steve and Julie have had over the years when they opened Gold And Diamond Source in Clearwater. Face it, the cake has been eaten, the bubbly was drunk, the buffet was consumed... And now what remains? THE RINGS! The symbol of eternal love. OMG this place is amazing. I actually heard ad on the radio (wild 94.1 **shout out Orlando and the Freak Show**) about them. My Fiancé and I decided to go and check out rings just to see what I would be interested in. MAN OH MAN..the selection is INSANE!!! Jules Griffith was HAND DOWN THE BEST SALES REP! OMG I had no idea that day my fiancé would actually make a decision on a ring but he did (without me knowing of course) and the ring is spectacular...LOVE IT AND HER and I would not go anywhere else for my future jewelry including the wedding bands etc. Jules deserves a raise..her customer service and personalization was amazing...If I were you id run down there...their staff is very attentive. My fiancé was actively asking me to send him pictures of the style of engagement rings I liked, so I would regularly send him different pictures of oval engagement rings with a vintage style. When he finally decided he was ready to purchase the ring, he ended up at Gold & Diamonds. My husband and I went to the G&DS before we got engaged to look at diamonds and settings. We were immediately impressed with the friendly, professional atmosphere and the incredible selection of beautiful stones and jewelry. Cale and Debbie were extremely knowledgable and super helpful. We ended up buying all three of our rings from G&DS, and they were very accommodating making sure everything fit perfectly. Great experience! We love our rings!

I was skeptical to shop here, thinking it was too big and impersonal, but my fiance insisted we check it out. We both loved our experience, and though we weren't sure of what we wanted when we walked in, our salesperson, Salwa, was amazing and very knowledgeable about wedding rings. We learned a lot, tried on a lot, and decided on rings which are perfect for each of us. No one was pushy, but very accommodating. We drove up from Venice and it was worth the trip!

Extraordinary service!

Veronica was the best. We came in to buy a diamond and emerald wedding for our wedding that was only 2 weeks away. We found the perfect band but they couldn't size it down in time for the wedding. She allowed us to take the bigger ring with a ring guard so we would have it for the wedding, ordered me the ring in the right size and when my ring came in, I just exchanged the larger ring for mine. I received a G&DS gift card to pick out a new ring for Christmas to celebrate the 30th anniversary of my husband and I getting engaged. My original ring, which I still love to this day, was very small and inexpensive. It was a perfect ring for what we could afford in 1987. Over the years I had expressed that one day I would like something a little bigger. We went to G&DS and our wonderful salesperson was Darrell. We did not have a large budget. Darrell spent the time helping us find the perfect ring that matched my wishes and our budget. I picked out a solitaire and an insert that was perfect in the moment. However, after wearing them together for a couple of days I wasn't really happy with the shape and color of the solitaire in relation to the insert. I explained my concerns to Darrell when I went back for my ring sizing. He made me feel very confidant that we would find something that would make me happy. They let me exchange the original one, and the amazing Darrell was able to get me a better, bigger diamond than I had before at a great price. We did spend a little more, but still stayed within a reasonable budget. Don't feel intimidated if you don't have a $3000, $5000, or higher budget. They have rings at every price point, and they are just happy to help you walk out with the ring of your dreams.

We went to various places looking for my engagement ring but this place was by far the best experience. They were not pushy and really helped guide me through different styles since I had no idea what I wanted. We worked with Alexis and the VP of the company (I cannot recall her name but she was AMAZING). I really wanted a unique ring no one else had and after sitting there for over an hour I found a ring that looked like a flower! It was everything I wanted. It was all white gold and I wanted a two toned ring and they used a sharpie to imitate what we wanted to turn rose gold! They were prompt with their service once the ring was ordered and my fiancé went back and picked my center diamond by himself. He also had a great experience when he returned by himself! I get so many compliments on my ring and we will definitely return for our wedding bands. Also, they were the best price we found and I ended up with a custom ring! Bonus: my fiancé is prior military and a current law enforcement officer so they took excellent care of us!

Troy was great. He listened and paid attentions to our likes, budget and expedited getting my new ring ready so I could have it same day. This was our first GDS experience but certainly not our last. We have seen/heard the store, commercials, radio advertisements, etc for years but haven't been in the market for jewelry. My husband and I had a great experience at Gold & Diamond Source. With the help of Tish Josey we found the perfect wedding bands. My husbands' had to be ordered and it arrived as promised. I dropped my wedding band off the first week of September to have my engagement ring and wedding band soldered together then Hurricane Irma came through causing everyone to lose power. My fiance purchased my engagement ring from Mais. After we got engaged, he raved about the service he received. They were very accommodating with his budget and preferences. He said he shopped at several other stores, but knew GDS was the one to go with due to their service, selection, prices, and overall experience. We decided to exchange the wedding band that matched my ring (my fingers are very small, and the matching set was just too large in comparison). They were easy to work with even though it was a few months after the purchase. They allowed me to keep the larger size engagement ring while they ordered one in my smaller size. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Gold & Diamond, and we fully intend on getting our wedding bands from them as well! I had to go in to get sized before they made my ring and I was treated like a movie star. They kept all of the information super confidential so I wouldn't know anything about it till my fiancé actually proposed, and my ring fit perfectly from go! They also gave him receipts and an appraisal, as well as a cleaner and a recommendation for a great insurance company. My fiancé says the whole purchase process was extremely easy, from assistance picking he perfect one to setting up a reasonable payment plan. His is military so they absolutely took care of him on price. I have a beautiful, meaningful, unique ring that gets compliments everywhere we go and my fiancé is thrilled because the quality came at an affordable price. I'd absolutely recommend Gold & Diamomd Source!

My salesperson Salwa helped me pick out a beautiful one carat princess cut along with a sapphire and diamond setting. We were very impressed with not just our engagement ring, but our sales personnel, Salwa and Hala. Salwa and Hala did a great job of showing my fiancé, Celeste, all the settings in our price range and the type of ring Celeste wanted. Celeste wanted a halo style with a vintage look and Salwa and Hala found the perfect ring for her that she loves!!!

Salwa and Hala were very patient with Celeste showing her lots of different styles before she finally settled on her ring. Salwa and Hala, with a little help from Patty, were even more patient with me in the buying process. I have a friend in the diamond brokerage business in New York and I had contacted him about getting the diamond. I gave him what I was looking for and he gave me a round about price for the specs I gave him. The diamond that we got from YOU was even better than what my friend was going to be able to do and priced about the same. I was so impressed with how everyone at The Gold and Diamond Source treated us that we decided to get the ring and diamond from you. Now of course I have to mend a fence with an old friend...lol!

I am in sales myself and deal with complicated purchases that range from $5000 to $150,000 and buying a diamond is even difficult for me. When we arrived by the store I knew my boyfriend had made the right choice. Staff greet you when you come in the door, right away they were super friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Owners came to us as well, and very friendly, and took a picture with us. Awesome!!!!
Great service and quality work from Miss Annette Brown, sales consultant. I can't say enough about how she made me feel like so special person and not just another customer. Willing to listen to our wishes. My boyfriend went in with high expectations and a budget. From the moment I contacted her she was beyond pleasant, extremely knowledgable, easy to work with, honest, straight forward... literally everything he was hoping for. She was very supportive and talked through everything we needed to know whilst at the same time not being pushy. The price was right and the custom engagement ring they worked with us to build was absolutely exactly what we wanted. We would do it all over again 100 times, and We certainly plan to work with Gold Diamond and Source again in the future.

Pat Kelly, store manager, and Annette Brown were fantastic to work with them, and I am more than pleased with the end product. They were professional, responsive, very creative, and deal with the utmost integrity. ....the list just goes on and on!
My boyfriend and I have found a new home in Diamond and will have our continued business and support for many years to come. Thank you for the best customer experience one can ask for in something as personal as jewelry.

My boyfriend tricked me into picking out my engagement ring while shopping for my son. After Mais and Salwa showed us 25-30 settings, I was still in LOVE with the first one I picked. I was ready to leave the store when he told them he would take it. He turned to me and proposed on the spot in the showroom.

Mais and Salwa have been incredible to work with. We have purchased a band for my son, a wedding band for my fiance', and they have shown so much patience and care in helping me find the perfect bank to match my engagement ring. Every time I have been back in the store (which has been many times) Mais has been excellent, never pushed to just make a sale and has gone out of her way to make me feel special and find the right ring!!

Wow! Tim was so patient with me as a browsed thru their multiple cases of engagement rings. Was down to earth & felt like I was shopping with a friend. I drove my wife over from Riverview Fl for a Mothers Day gift and to have a her wedding band repaired. What another GREAT experience. We new what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend. My engagement ring was not an easiest to find a wedding band to compliment, but with the help from the very friendly Staff at the Gold and Diamond store we were able to find the PERFECT ring, we also found my husband's ring there as well. The sales and prices got the rings down to exactly what we could afford without having to reduce the quality of the rings.

We worked with Sandra the whole way through - from engagement ring to wedding bands. My fiance purchased my engagement ring from Sandra and with the Gold and Diamond Source's layaway program, I got the ring I wanted! This company is super easy to work with. We were able to purchase a gift card match and got our wedding bands and additional jewelry for a great price! Gold and Diamond Source has employees who are willing to help and will sit with you even if you have no idea what you want. The only stinky thing is that the gift card match expires in 2 years but that's okay because we were able to get other items too! 1st sizing and cleaning warranty are included in the price. No, $300+ extra to have the maintenance plan! Would highly recommend!

My fiancé had my great-grandmother's diamond reset with Troy. I'm sure my mom made my fiancé extremely nervous about who he trusted that diamond ring too. They did a beautiful job!! We later returned to pick our bands out and worked with Troy again. We left completely satisfied and impressed with G&D! I can't express how professional and friendly EVERYONE in the store is. Later, we received another heirloom we wanted to turn into my fiancé' band and Troy allowed us to switch out the previous band we purchased for a special order with no issue. I am so happy with G&D that I know we will use them for all our jeweler needs for many years to come!

The Gold and Diamond Source is a great place to shop for bridal, we enjoyed ever single visit. My Fiancé did an awesome job picking out my ring and the staff was very helpful. They have plenty to choose from and there pricing is reasonable. I have gone back once already to have my regular cleaning done on my ring and they were very polite and professional. I also browsed over the men's wedding bands and they have a good selection as well and told me they have different styles come in all the time. Great experience overall and we are completely satisfied.

I only had gone to the consultation with my now fiance but it was completely delightful. As soon as we walked in we got shown to the ring room and got to look around for a few minutes while waiting for someone to sit us. Victoria met with us and asked our story about how we met. She was completely interactive and bubbly. After a little chatting, we got down to business. Looking at rings was both fun and informative. Once we found a style we liked (gorgeous petite halo), she also let us take a look at it with a wedding band. Once I was completely in love with it she even one up'd herself and let us take it outside, security guard in tow, to see it really shine. I then begrudgingly returned it to her and looked around the rest of the store while my fiance and Victoria talked business. Nothing was bought that day but he went back the next week. As far as he tells me, Victoria was just as helpful with him making the purchase. He received a great leaflet with all the ring information and we have since received gift cards in the mail for future purchases. Definitely will be returning for any bands and bridal gifts.

Our search for the perfect engagement ring began in January 2015 and took several trips (and several months) for us to finalize our purchases. Veronica Marston and Debbie Taliakas assisted us, start to finish. They were friendly, knowledgeable and patient (I must have tried on 40 different rings). Veronica was always quick to respond to my emails and answered every question we had.

The selection at the Gold & Diamond Source’s Romance Bridal section is quite extensive and it was a bit overwhelming the first time we visited the store. Veronica was able to help us narrow down our search. She was able to combine beauty and quality, all the while, staying within our budget. Veronica found us an internally FLAWLESS diamond to go in a beautiful vintage style engagement ring. The set is GORGEOUS! She really has an eye for design. She took the time to get to know us and made our shopping experience so wonderful.

Beyond the exceptional service, extensive selection, friendliness of their entire staff, Veronica even assisted Chris with the proposal. We were honored to have been asked to film a testimonial of our experience, to possibly be used in one of their commercials. I was a little reluctant because at the time they wanted to film the testimonial, I did not have the ring yet. Veronica offered us a loaner so that we could film the commercial. When we arrived at the store to film on May 20, 2015, Veronica was there to help us and shortly after we arrived, she went to get the “loaner”. She handed the ring to Chris and that is when he turned towards me, got down on one knee and proposed….with MY ring! Of course I said yes!! Everyone had gathered around us and there was even a photographer to capture our moment. It was absolutely amazing and I thank Veronica and Debbie for all of their help with everything.

This is the best store to look for wedding rings or any type of jewelry. Joe and Victoria helped Ed select the diamond then he took me back to select
the setting. I had the best time selecting the most beautiful ring. Victoria and Joe know Diamonds and knew what would be the best setting for my larger diamond.

The ring was sized to perfection. I give them a 10.

I simply can not say enough great things about the experience we had with Gold & Diamond Source! In January when I saw Julie and Steve Weintraub on the news speak about how open and welcoming they were, even to same sex couples, with our own wedding in mind, we decided to go there and see.

They weren't kidding. The treatment we received and ultimately, the rings they custom created for us are stunning. We worked with their on staff designer, who listened to our wants and desires and she designed two custom platinum and diamond rings exactly how we envisioned them.

From the renders to the finished product, the process was not only enjoyable, but we got exactly what we hoped for.

If you have a special occasion coming up, I know you will not only be treated like royalty, but you'll also get more for your money than you thought you could, with quality you can't believe!

I absolutely love my engagement ring from The Gold & Diamond Source. It is beautiful and classic. The diamond has such sparkle! I was not there when my fiance picked the ring but he said they were very helpful and informative and he said they really listened to him. Whenever I go in and get my ring checked and cleaned they are extremely friendly and helpful. They do everything there onsite. It usually takes about 2 hours for the 6 month check up and I hate to be without my ring but some other stores have to send your ring out because they can't do things on site like Gold & Diamond Source. I have since looked at wedding bands and am pleased with the selection. It is going to be hard to choose. Also, it is great to know about all the charity work they do in the area. I always like to support businesses that give back to the community.

My husband got my engagement ring made here and then we bought our wedding set here.

My engagement ring is beautiful; I get so many compliments on it. I absolutely love the setting they made and the quality we received.

Our bands were still of great quality and they were willing to work with us on them as well; we wanted each other's birth stone placed on the inside band instead of the traditional phrase or date, and they accommodated us.

We worked specifically with Mais; she was fantastic and so helpful.

The rings are gorgeous and more than fairly priced (they appraised nearly double!). You have the ability to design the exact ring you want, they can work with any idea you come up with.
