User2278535 Sent on 08/19/2015Sunset Crest Manor has been getting fantastic reviews recently and for good reason. Not only does the expansive sky with trees and hills give the venue a magical quality, but Joe Cusato, the proprietor, is wonderful to work with - he was responsive to our requests for information and always made us feel that our daughter’s wedding was important to him. Joe and his team maintain the buildings and the grounds in impeccable condition--and our guests all marveled at the beauty of the manor house mansion, modern barn and patio, and exquisite landscaping. The photos of this venue are true to the majesty of the surroundings. We will cherish our memories of our daughter’s wedding at Sunset Crest Manor! -

User1991472 Sent on 12/31/2014Sunset Crest Manor is a gorgeous site, beautifully maintained with clean, splendid facilities, versatile but very private settings for indoor or outdoor events, impeccably groomed grounds, breathtaking scenery and very friendly, helpful staff. Joe Cusato, curator and owner of this venue, is a top notch and delightfully personable professional to work with. Communications were smooth and straightforward. We held our daughter's fall wedding on the terrace directly adjacent to the barn reception site, which was so picture perfect as to require really a minimal amount of additional decorating. Total number of attendees was 95, for which the accommodations were very adequate. No unforeseen complications or inconveniences. We would definitely recommend this venue for any special event. -
User1964709 Sent on 12/11/2014The perfect wedding venue! My wife and I had our wedding at Sunset this May, and we highly recommend anyone having a wedding to check it out! Everything was absolutely perfect. Working with Joe and the entire staff at Sunset made the day that much more special! The staff made sure that everything went off with out a hitch. If you are in the Northern Virginia area give Joe a call and come to Sunset Crest Manor.....you won't regret it!!

User1469698 Sent on 12/11/2013My husband and I are absolutely blown away with the Sunset Crest Manor venue and staff. The venue alone is simply stunning. It's so close to the DC/NOVA area yet feels so far away when you are there. The views are spectacular for photos and every guest complimented how wonderful the venue and location was. EVERYTHING was beyond our expectation for our November wedding. Joe was so wonderful to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process. He was accommodating, helpful and genuine. It was an absolute joy to work with him. I also have to give a HUGE shout out to their employee Matt, he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with plans, things were working properly and that I had everything I needed. Sunset Crest Manor is lucky to have such hardworking employees. We honestly cannot say enough about how wonderful EVERYONE was and how they truly made our whole wedding experience so wonderful and memorable. My goal for the wedding was to create a romantic/intimate atmosphere and the compliments that I received were just that. Everyone told me they have never been to a more intimate and romantic wedding. I know a lot of that I have to thank to Sunset Crest Manor and the staff. Thank you all again for everything. We hope to be able to experience someone else's special day there again soon!

User1252167 Sent on 07/22/2013This is the perfect venue for an outdoor wedding. The scenery, the masion and barn are simply gorgeous, we got so many compliments from our guests. Joe and his team were amazing, they were all very helpful and understanding throughout the ntire planning process. It was everything we dreamed of and more!

Christine Sent on 05/29/2013I was so glad that we found Sunset Crest Manor. The venue was the first thing we booked, as I didn't know how to start planning our wedding until I knew where we would be getting married. Where I had been stressed about planning such a large party before we found this place, once I saw Sunset Crest I knew the rest would be easy.
The venue itself is simply fantastic. It's conveniently located, yet vast and set far back from the hustle and bustle of Northern Virginia. The grounds and views are stunning, the mansion and pool and patio so pretty, and the barn for dancing very cool!
Joe was such a great person to do business with - friendly, easy going, and accommodating. He even gave me some advice when we first met him that really helped me plan the rest of the details and choose our other vendors smartly.
On our wedding night, the rain didn't start falling until after our celebration was over, but it was such a potential that we moved everything indoors at the last minute. Joe was so kind and generous about the change up, he even threw in a few extras to make sure our day ran smoothly and was even more beautiful than we pictured.
I have recommended his venue to two other couples planning a wedding in the area - it is truly a special spot. -
User1243672 Sent on 07/16/2013This Father of the Bride enjoyed a beautiful outdoor ceremony and indoor reception in the Barn. After several days of rain, the sun broke through the clouds as if on cue. The memories will last a lifetime. Joe and his staff were ever vigilant and extremely helpful. They guided the caterer in the preparations. The shuttle bus to the parking area was Joe's treat. I'm very satisfied.

This venue was incredibly accommodating and provided several amazing set up options. The Manager, Joe, was also great to work with! Joe is very professional, informative, helpful, and responsive - it was a pleasure to work with him. The day couldn't have been more perfect and I completely feel our venue was a huge contributor to that! Thank you Joe and Sunset Crest Manor for contributing to making our day perfectly memorable!
