  Beautiful Rings & Excellent Service

  Went to Freedman's after a great recommendation from my now Brother-in-law. We worked with Josh to pick out wedding bands and he was so helpful since neither of us were quite sure what we were looking for. He was very relaxed and allowed us to take all of the time we needed, and we definitely didn't feel pressured into making any decisions we weren't comfortable with. We discussed pricing and what we didn't want to exceed and he gave us a bunch of great options within that range. It's always comforting working with a knowledgable family run business. When we walked in the shop two months later to pick up our rings he remembered us instantly, and gave us instant attention. Couldn't have asked for a better group to work with.

  The best in the biz!

  Freedman and Rob are the best in the business. They are honest, patient, hardworking, responsive, and kind. Their customer service is unbelievable. And not to mention, they have a superb selection. They took the time to educate me and my fiancé and never tried to sell us on the most expensive items. They are all about quality. I'm so happy we found a jeweler that we can use again and again in the years to come!

  Rob worked tirelessly to help my fiance design my ring. The customer service is second to none and we are going back to have my wedding band made. We will be going to Freedman as our new family jeweler for any future needs.

  We purchased our weddings rings (and engagement) here in 2012-2013. A family run business of 3 generations, we found Freeman's to be a wonderful places to begin our story with purchasing our rings. Beautiful quality, honest people and great value!!! Josh was wonderful to work with. We would highly recommend them!

  If I could give Freedman's 10 stars, I would. Much to my happiness, Freedman's is fast becoming our family jeweler. My husband raved about his experience purchasing my engagement ring after working with Rob. They are a no pressure jeweler that truly looks out for the best interest of the client. And when I couldn't find a wedding band to go with my engagement ring, Rob helped to have something created that was perfect. They are always willing to work with your likes and your budget. This is the place to go if you want a honest, no pressure, high quality shopping experience.

  We bought the engagement ring and both wedding bands here. They came out beautifully. The jewelers were all super helpful, very nice, and patient with our decision making, better than all of the other jewelers we visited in Boston. The pricing was fair, equal or less than other places, and they were flexible and helpful in designing the rings we wanted. For the wedding bands, we attended a bridal event with yummy foods and champagne, along with a discount on the wedding bands. They resized the engagement ring with no extra charge. Also, they rhodium-plated the engagement ring (3 years old) free of charge so that it would be shiny for the wedding day pictures.
